@PEEUSH TRIKHA
True if we generate less amount of plastics or use at least half the amount of what we use now a lot of toxic waste and pollution can be reduced. But we have to share this thought in our country with a 1.25 billion minds which I am trying to do through various fora. Many have shared this article and it has been again shared by…[Read more]

I also think a lot like you. We ought to waste less, and not throw garbage, except in the garnage bins. Segregation, Sorting and proper utilization of different types of waste- biodegradable, fruit/veggie waste etc could be turned into big business if we all think seriously and collaborate. Government should give tax concessions to corporations-…[Read more]

One more case of someone not being prepared and paying the price with his life has taken place and this incident made me revisit the post to highlight the issue again. People tend to forget things very easily if things are normal and smooth. When problem comes as a bolt from the blue which often happens this fashion in emergencies they start…[Read more]

I do not know the country in which you reside. In our country you do get a twenty liter bottle which has to be returned to the shop from whom we buy the water to be replaced by a fresh 20 liter plastic bottle. The clean the old bottle will before refilling the bottle with fresh water and capping it then selling it back to customers. We…[Read more]

I have been purchasing cases of 24 plastic bottles of purified water from the supermarket. Is there a better solution for me to get purified water that would not involve the purchase of an average of 48 individual 12 oz. plastic bottles? I do know that the plastic bottles are recyclable but the caps must not be sent with the bottles and that even…[Read more]

Agree with what you told about cooking of food and warming in microwave at the plastic also goes into the food and the same is consumed by the family in the house where such a thing is done. This is very risky as it has contents like lead, mercury, zinc, tar etc. Many of the plastics are usually recycled and sold and one must be careful…[Read more]

It is actually true that plastic is a slow poison but of course most of us will ignore that fact as usual. Most of the things we buy in the markets are packed with plastic bags. I remember back in the day in our country the government burnt tge use of plastic bags everywhere. Because they used to clog up drenches, sewers that caused blockages,…[Read more]

Agree with what you have stated. It not easy to reach God in today’s time and age. If one is able to even get inspired and understand Him. That in itself would be a great achievement and one lifetime is not enough to do this as per what I know. God is like the river of life who flows through different individuals and people try to…[Read more]
Man creates new things without realizing the effects of the same on the environment as he finds using them convenient and creates a industry to run and manufacture new things which are created with no thought to the aftereffects of creation. Agree with you our elders have given us great information after going through the process themselves and understanding the same. Not only the above issues but they have given lots of information which is unfortunately rarely followed in today’s time and age. The reason they generally were healthy and more active than us is because they…[Read more]

Agree with you about the concept of a hard days work as the energy spent working by the person will make him tired and burn all the fat and energy which has been consumed by the person. If this is ideally possible for all then they will be physically tired and the blood flow in the body will also be at a consistent healthy pace which…[Read more]
