There are many situations which come in life which will be totally new and unexpected. Only experience teaches one how to handle those events.

It is better when troubles mount on us or when time is too bad to just stay put where we are and look for an opportune moment to move forward at the right time to the right place for getting the right results. Sometimes it is better to lose than try to win if the problem is unsurmountable give time to ourselves and regroup our energies and try to win again.

Tanikka Paulk wrote a new post, Find That Place of Comfort 8 years, 3 months ago

Life can be so demanding at times and there’s so many decisions to make. Although life can be so demanding, there’s a way to find comfort, a way to remove all of the stress. Finding the most effective ways to live […]

    • I love to sleep. That’s a fact. But I always choose the place where I sleep. Like Shavkat up there, I am also really comfortable when alone. But that doesn’t mean that I’m a loner. I just love the quiet. This is why me and my friends are always together; we look for quiet places to hang out to because we would rather stay in those places to relax, sleep or talk about things that interests us. Or we could go to a bar and listen to the music while dancing. Haha

    • The best place of comfort on earth if the lap of other or the beloved’s heart and eyes and putting your head on the beloved’s coral breast and sleep for a long long time I am talking as a poet.

We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on the journey toward the goal we’ve established for ourselves. It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep. It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile. Earl Nightingale

I think a gentleman is someone who holds the comfort of other people above their own. The instinct to do that is inside every good man, I believe. The rules about opening doors and buying dinner and all of that other ‘gentleman’ stuff is a chess game, especially these days.

Love is cheering and sharing and compassion and giving and receiving. Love is an action thing more than a word thing, that brings comfort or joy or relief to anyone or anything.

    • There are many places which each individual can find peace and calm. You have covered many such places and methods by which one can do so. I find peace when alone and doing some work or being in some silent company. Not in a noisy group or a crowded area. There are several places where you can remove you stress and clutter in the mind.

Some of the places I find calm and peace are staying nearby a lake or water body and looking at the placid water, being at a place where you hear sounds of nature with greenery around. A place where there is a scenic view of mountains or plains or any other place which provides such picture postcard view. Looking at colors or paintings can also calm and remove stress. Hope this information is useful.

Tanikka Paulk wrote a new post, Keep the Negativity at a Distance 8 years, 3 months ago

There’s no way of getting around not being exposed to some negativity but we certainly don’t need to a be surrounded by toxicity. Those who offer no encouragement, no positivity, and no kindness aren’t the sort of […]

    • Overcoming negativity is tough, at times very much tougher if we have lots of such negative people around us, but we can overcome negativity if we are persistent and stick to our paths.

    • Always away from negative people who have negative thoughts in the brain such people are avoid of faith in God and his laws. The best took of keeping negativity away from yous is pray to God with sincere heart.

Just as toxic radiation is poison to our health, negative energy is also disastrous to human beings. Don’t be misled into thinking that because bad vibes are invisible or hard to identify at their source that they’re any less deadly to your creative genius than poisonous gas—they aren’t. And don’t be conned into believing that denying or ignoring negativity will protect you from its deadly effects either—it won’t.

how to Avoid Negativity Eight Important Steps to Follow

Run a “vibe check”. Recognize the quality of the energetic atmosphere at work every day. Simply testing the psychic temperature of the workplace will allow you to make the necessary adjustments to keep your own energy intact.

If you sense dissonance, take a deep breath. Get grounded, surround yourself with positive vibes, and resolve that you won’t let anything you encounter throw you off center.

Resolve to let the negativity bounce off you. Don’t take any negativity you run into personally. Commit to focusing only on your goals and intentions for the day.

Acknowledge the bad vibes. Recognize them in some way, if only to yourself—but be discreet and subtle. You don’t need to announce them to the entire office. This will only spread the negativity you want to clear even more.

Be kind, loving, and patient with those around you because they need it. Focus on work, and if negative conversation arises, listen neutrally and compassionately if you can’t gracefully get away.
Observe, don’t absorb what’s going on around you. If you can unobtrusively escape, do so. Your feet are two of your most powerful defenses against negativity. Turn them in the opposite direction of the problem and leave.

If you can’t make a run for it, surrender and accept the situation. Give the bad-vibe dispenser (BVD) your complete attention for a full five minutes. Encourage this person to complain, gossip, attack, and whine to their heart’s content.

Just listen, breathe, and stay neutral—don’t engage, resonate, or rescue. When the five minutes have passed, ask with complete sincerity if there’s anything you can personally do to help right now. If you hear, “Yes, there is,” and you can help, then do so. If you hear, “No, not really,” then say, “I’m sorry. I really hope it works out.” Then go back to work.

    • Racism is a curse on earth we all must uproot it with joints hands all over the world otherwise new war will break out on earth of Racism and its results will be very bad all over the world. I think politicians and priest of all the countries priests racism underhand among which Juws are predominant.

Racism, xenophobia and intolerance are problems prevalent in
all societies. Each and every one of us plays a role in either contributing to or breaking down racial prejudice and intolerant attitudes.

As an individual in society and as a member of your community, you have likely encountered racists and racism. Whether you notice a friend posting a racist comment online or you experience a racist moment with a stranger, you may wonder how you can counteract racism and actively address racism. Though everyone may have different experiences of racism, depending on their own race and background, it is important that we all work together to put a stop to racism online and in daily life.

To get a better sense of how structural racism, institutional racism, and individual racism came to be, you should study up on the history of racism in your country. Doing this will give you a better understanding of why racism is a systematic and ongoing problem.

    • I’ve said it before; America is a racist nation. There has never been a real attempt to get rid of the hate. If you go to America, you have to be conscious of the colour of your skin at all times.

Although American TV tries to portray the ‘mixed’ group, that is not true. If you are white you are to stay over there, if you are black you are to stay here, and only associate with people who look like you.

You ‘cross the line’ people respond to you unpleasantly.

    • One can’t imagine a world without music because one can hear the sound of music in everything. Once when I was a child, our house was very quiet. The only sound I could hear was a dripping water faucet in a sink that had a clogged drain. I could hear a melody ~ a pattern of notes ~ in the sound of the water dripping. If there were no instruments or voices, people would still make music out of their surroundings somehow. 🙂

Tanikka Paulk wrote a new post, The Benefits of Continuous Reading 8 years, 3 months ago

Reading certainly is fundamental. Reading helps keep us up to date. Imagine the world without books or reading material. We wouldn’t learn much now would we? There’s all sorts of material. Finding informative […]

    • Many successful writers say they got their start because someone gave them a book to read. In fact, many actors and people in various other professions say the same thing. Anybody who learns to read will never live to regret it.

    • Yes, reading makes man full and practice makes men perfect it is for those who read books and act upon the books message are happy on earth as the readers of the holy Bible.

A continuous reading makes men active and provides information about the whole world what the people of other countries are doing and writing or the coming generation.
The Benefits of Reading are as…
Reading keeps your brain young. …
Reading can melt away stress. …
      Reading boosts your vocabulary. …
      Reading improves empathy. …
Reading can encourage life goals. …
Reading helps you feel more connected.

Studies have shown that staying mentally stimulated can slow the progress of (or possibly even prevent) Alzheimer’s and Dementia, since keeping your brain active and engaged prevents it from losing power. Just like any other muscle in the body, the brain requires exercise to keep it strong and healthy, so the phrase “use it or lose it” is particularly apt when it comes to your mind. Doing puzzles and playing games such as chess have also been found to be helpful with cognitive stimulation.

Everything you read fills your head with new bits of information, and you never know when it might come in handy. The more knowledge you have, the better-equipped you are to tackle any challenge you’ll ever face.

Additionally, here’s a bit of food for thought: should you ever find yourself in dire circumstances, remember that although you might lose everything else—your job, your possessions, your money, even your health—knowledge can never be taken from you.

Therefore reading is must for all of us in extra time at home or late night.
