I think if you rewrite the whole post into “What are the reasons for unhappiness and how to be happy”, you will earn much more from the same article.
You just have to add in ways to overcome unhappiness. -
@grecy, I believe on these reasons posted here. Sometimes we make life that way because we worry much of the unknowns, we worry much about life ahead, and we always find reasons why do this and that.Further, right foods could also help us live in happiness. Eating
unhealthy foods drive our mind to think of many nonsense things that lead ti unhappiness. -
@grecy I often find myself not wanting to get out of bed in the morning and wish that I could just stay in there since it is much easier to just lay there and not deal with what the day holds. I am a worrier also and worry about everything sometimes to the point that my anxiety gets the best of me. I do what I can to not be like that but sometimes I cannot help it.

There are times when i end up waking in a bad mood. Somehow if you leave all the worries to the previous day and decide to start fresh then it definitely helps to start your day in a good and happy mood.
However its not that easy to do that always. -
I think by reading these many people will change their minds and worry less. They will have enthusiasm to wake up and face the tasks ahead

For me, they are not the reasons to be unhappy. They are the causes of unhappiness. Unhappiness is the state of the mind. If you want to be happy, forget all the negative things, forget all things that could bring you down, forget all things that could make you unsatisfied. Instead, enjoy life to its fullest by believing that everything is good, wonderful and amazing for God has given you all those things to be happy.

Among the five you wrote, number 5 hit me real hard. There are times in my life when I no longer have the focus on what I really want to happen in my life. This usually comes to my mind when I failed frequently, resulting to disappointments of my own doings. I seem to be distracted by the failures rather than looking the situation in a different angle.

Actually your investigations were right because these are the things that make one feel unhappy in life.
Sometimes, some people blame other for causing a bad day for them. But the truth of the matter is that no one has the ability to change your day. You are the only one who can do that. Because whatever you allow stands.
If by a simple mistake, you choose to be unhappy, then know that many people have made that same mistakes and errors yet they were able to move on.
Once we are able to understand that our powers are limited to the “how” but not limited to what we can do, we will always be happy for ourselves.
They How, belongs to God so let’s not help God on His own business for us.
Be good enough to let go the things you cannot change so that you can move ahead with the things you can change.
Always feel joy within you by appreciating everything you come across so that you will not give room for sadness and/or unhappiness.

I don’t do #7 or #9 anymore, I try to concentrate on just competing with myself to be better than what I was yesterday!! All, of these are all common and it’s knowing that you’re NOT alone can be helpful!!
These are the additional causes or factors that lead to everyone become unhappy and eventually become dissatisfied and frustrated. Well, as what I have commented in the previous post or first part of this post, the depression of one lying on himself on the way he treats himself, he carries himself. Success and happiness could easily be achieved by those have a confident of themselves that they could do things one at a time.
Life becomes easy when realized that we are the author of our lives. Joy flows when we are able to let go the things we cannot change.
Focusing all the reality and possibility gives way to actualize virtually every dreams. knowing that a dream may not be actualize if not acted upon. When we allow worries to cover our faces, they will b no room to bring in happiness.
Lets think about this, all the time you worry about one thing or the other, has worrying been able to solve the problem? I think the answer here is capital NO! Worry doesn’t add value to us but creates room for unseemly situation and circumstances.
Everyone needs good things like living in parade, driving the latest car, having a good house and of course a happy family but I tell you, no one on earth have ever accomplished all these task through all the ten steps the author mentioned in this article. The happy ones are the joyous one and they are the achievers.
Let’s learn to be happy always! May the joy remain in you.
