@scheng1 I agree, lack of sleep, longer sleep, late sleeping and not sleeping could be factors to make a person lazy, so they are not able to do something that makes them healthy that leads them to getting fat.

@ruby3881 oh, I am looking at your picture it doesn’t look that way sis, but anyway, if that is the case then maybe the hairdresser and cutters really don’t know how to handle it, and might be scared to touch your hair for the reason it might end up the way you like it.

Yes they allow us to read but we need to return it on proper place, but I am not reading lately because I nap during those times. I get tired most of the time and I have lots of work during the morning, I prefer napping after eating my lunch. I eat my lunch for 5 minutes and nap for 40 minutes that prep myself to get back to work at 1 in the afternoon.

I have a friend there on Thailand and he told me he prayed for me inside one of the Buddhist Temple and I am glad I am part of his prayer. No wonder a lot of good lucks that are happening. I want to be there one day to see it in person. @peachpurple

@swalia I sometimes watch Youtube videos while reviewing calls, but I know there are lots of data it eats so I do not do it during the week days, but I do it on the weekends, lol, to keep me awake for whole evening till morning. My internet provider is discouraging using or watching at Youtube to save the GB of the internet.

@peachpurple I cried before typing this one. It makes me remember her again. I guess I will never forget what happened to her, she will always be a part of me. In some cases taking a lot of sleep makes people fat. My doctor advised me to only sleep for 6-7 hours a day, not too long to avoid headache. If you will sleep more than the required, then you are lazy, lol. When I am posting most of my pictures, which came from Pixabay by the way, I haven’t experienced having it blurry image but for sure it will happen in the future if the picture I added is quite small. I will bear in mind that I will put the size mentioned by @ruby3881.
