I joined here in May of last year. Was quite active but of late have been a bit slack. Must catch up
I joined here in May of 2015 and yes they pay once every month. If you want you can accumulate without redeeming.

I experienced a lot of that when i used to write articles. Everytime i did they were not accepted, so all i did was to stop writing. I dont know what criteria they use to categorize the articles that have been copied or are yours sometimes i dont understand,but i guess they have their own ways. Just likethey have aaid above.
