Great post. It’s ironic that you are talking about this because I know someone like this. It would seem that they have to know what a certain person is doing at all times but what makes it even worse is that these two people work at the same place. It’s quite a situation, to say the least. But what I cannot understand is why do others not see this detrimental behavior. Maybe they just do not care. I am the type, I am quiet but I am an observer. To me, this is the best way to learn things. The whole situation seems creepy but I put it in my mind that I cannot be concerned with someone else’s situation and just do what I have to do, my work.

In today’s world where bullying is rampant being and remaining continent in order to grow is a difficult thing to do. But It can be done. All we have to do is to surround ourselves with people who lift us up instead of pushing us down. We must surround ourselves with positivity in order to operate at our peak and grow to be better.

I am looking for a practical solutions or remedies to develop confident or self confident for that matter. Instead, I read about the situations that hinder the development of self confident. I am expecting that it would be in a form of action work. It would be a form of a behavioral objectives to accomplish so that confidence is well established.

I think wherever we go there are problems. There are people who drag anyone to his downfall. There are people who take advantage of those inferior individuals. There are people who are acting superior to those who lack knowledge, weak and infirm to make their own decision in life. So what the best thing to solve this unhealthy situations which inevitably affect the development of confidence or making one confident of himself.

Very well said. I, despite the sayings of other people regarding my journey in the transaltion world, keep on going on and striving to make a better living for myself. They laugh at the fact that I translated a book for royalties for which I am still waiting for, but I will get the last laugh as I am still applying for different translation contracting jobs and eventually I will land one. Believe me when I say, I remain confident even through some days of despairing. Thank you for inspiring me to stay on top of my life’s choices.

I do not know much about Tupac or his songs or poems. However I did watch the movie Notorious which was mostly about Biggie Smalls But had also Tupac scenes. And I have heard sometimes of Pac’s fan say that he is alive and they truly believe that. I haven’t watched the latest movie about Pac: All Eyes On Me- and i’m not sure I am gonna watch it. I am not really a hip hop/rap fan

I am not familiar with this man. My little info about him that he is a good rapper. I haven’t heard his songs or read his poems. Anyway, there should be justice for this man’s death. You mentioned 1996. this means that his mystery death is already 21 years but it hasn’t been yet solved. Sorry for my ignorance. I am just curious to know.
