There has to be a time when one just shuts everything off. Just ponder on the next. What will the future hold? no one really knows. We’re not even sure what will happen from one day to the next. Life is easy and a […]

    • Wow that’s some piece of writing right there. It’s awesome that’s just what life is all about givera and takes, hatersand people who.love genuinely. We live in a wicked society where all sorts of people hail from but we cannot run away from it all because it is part of us and we have to face it to move on. And I concur with you on all those sentiments sitting around negative people will always bring negative vibes, thereby causing one not to be productive. And switching off the television and the radio even phone is sometimes very therapeutic. I always do that once in a while whether consciously or subconsciously and it really helps a lot it’s like waking up from a beautiful dream

    • Life on the fast track will eventually take its toll on your health and your relationships with others. The pressure to perform and live up to unrealistic expectations leaves you yearning for a simpler more peaceful life. By adjusting your schedule, reprioritizing your life, and changing your physical environment you will attain the life you desire.

Slow down. There are times when you are so used to doing everything in a hurry that you don’t notice how fast-paced your life has become. Simply reading the words, “Slow down,” will allow you to pause for a moment and notice. This step is mentioned first so you will carry the thought with you throughout this article and beyond.

Avoid multi-tasking. It has become popular, if not clichéd, to multi-task. Research indicates that there is a point where the quality of what you are doing declines when you try to focus on too many tasks at once.[1] Just because everyone is doing it doesn’t mean you have to.
Find your threshold of diminishing return on the number of tasks you can work on. Your goal is to do things well so you can feel good about your accomplishments.

Do nothing as if it were something. There is an art to doing nothing. Many people struggle with taking time to pause and regroup. Even if you take a five minute break to do nothing, do it.

Tanikka Paulk wrote a new post, How to Deal to Deal With the Cynics and Critics 8 years, 3 months ago

    The Cynics
The cynics are people who are driven to insult or attack someone’s confidence. They’re experienced to try to create a scene so that they’re in a position to get what they want. Cynical people will say […]

    • there are many cynics people in the working industry.
They are have the common motive, to get rid of the weaker ones and dominate the workplace like a tyrant.

Yes, your tips are right and helpful to those people who are facing pressure over the critics of these cynics.
Actually, you could just pretend that they are dogs barking at the wrong tree

    • Talk about cynic and critical people, it’s nothing new yo me i have heard them in my life for the longest time. And I must say that are the hardest people to work around with just like you have said. And they can also be so annoying, you know like those kinds of people who always think that you can never be right about something? I really hate that attitude and they will always try and put you down or make you look so stupid when you say something. I learned that the best way to deal with them is ignoring what they say or what they try to portray and leave it as it is I never get into an argument. It will just get you mad

    • Yes, you say right how to deal with cynics and critics in practical life. Some people are by birth critics and cynics due to inborn habit they tease men and women by their cynical critical remarks everywhere at homes and out of homes.

Time and time again, creative people are given two pieces of advice: (1) Listen to your critics and seek feedback, but also (2) Ignore your critics and follow your intuition. Clearly, there’s a powerful contradiction here in need of reconciliation.

Criticism is doubt informed by curiosity and a deep knowledge of a discipline related to your work. Whether the criticism you receive is constructive or not, it comes from knowledge. Informed insights like “I’m not sure someone would ever pay that much” or “you may not want to outsource that given the high-touch required” may cause you to question your approach.

By contrast, cynicism is a form of doubt resulting from ignorance and antiquated ways. Industry experts will often express doubt based on an ingrained muscle memory of past experiences that handicaps their vision for the future. Cynical statements like,

“People will never read a book on a computer” or “Why would anyone want to put their rolodex online?” are famous doubts expressed by experts with handicapped vision.

Tanikka Paulk wrote a new post, How to Deal With Racism and Discrimination 8 years, 3 months ago

Racism is no thing of the past. Racism is alive and well. Unfortunately there’s a certain group that believe the world belongs to just that specific race. Impossible. God didn’t create one race. If He wanted one […]

    • racsim happens everywhere, not only in america but asian countries too.
The problem is the government, the prime minister who are in favor of this unfairness that had caused the public to be like this.

    • Racism might still be present up to this day but the development of erasing this have been in good rating. Unlike before, people have the voice now.

    • Racism is the “Hatred” of one person by another, based on the belief that that person is inferior because of their skin color, language, customs, place of birth, or other similar traits.Racism has existed throughout human history, often providing justification for one group’s dominance over another.

Most people, even if they do not approve of overt racism, nonetheless have some kind of prejudice against another group of people, and these prejudices can lead to hurt, anger, and even violence at both the personal and societal levels. Overcoming your own racism requires a personal long journey,

I think we must take these steps to stop racism all over the world as
Self-assess. An important first step in your personal journey to overcome racial prejudice is to take stock of yourself. …
      Research the topic. …
      Stop using racial slurs. …
      Avoid cultural appropriation. …
Be vigilant about systemic and invisible racism. …
      Engage in mental exercises.
Racism is nothing but hallucination of mind and springs from jealousy and reed springs from evil past and inferiority complex and nothing else as I have studied.

We’ve all been there. You see or hear something racist and you want to say or do something but you’re not sure how to go about it.

It takes guts to stand up to racism – but you should never put your physical safety at risk. There are plenty of things you can do to make a difference that don’t involve confrontation.

Some are unwilling to accept people from different ethnic backgrounds. Absolutely ridiculous. No matter what one’s thoughts are about “diversity.” There is no changes when it comes to diversity. If that’s what […]

    • Diversification is the name of the game. Sticking to one’s own culture makes one a ‘stick in the mud’

    • This has been the issue in the past up to this time, but most of us know how to deal with diversities. In a classroom for example, it is hard to teach diversified pupils/ students, but that was before, this time , there is less struggle for the technology helps a lot in solving the crises of diversities issues.

Life is filled with the ups and downs, the good and the bad, the unpredictable occurrences. We will go through trials and sometimes lots of trials at one time. We’re equipped to get through those trials. We’ll be […]

    • yes, life is so unpredictable, there are ups and downs, we still have to go on living

look forward in a positive way, days ahead should turn out bright

    • Quite motivating, and makes us think and ponder and see challenges as learnings in our long life journey.

    • Even though I walk through the valleys of death am not alone I see a light that shines bright because at the end of every tunnel there is a light, and there is no situation that is permanent. I may be down today but that does not determine where I will be tomorrow. There ar3 so many things that we go through this life that can make someone give up so easily but we should never now down no matter what but guess what that’s what we do when things get so tough we opt to now down and say to ourselves I can’t take this anymore it’s really putting me down, instead of sting even though I may feel like nothing is working I will push myself harder and see how far I can go. We sometimes distrust ourselves so much that we don’t achieve our goals. Why is it so hard to tell oneself look, you can do this just a little more is all you need and you will get there. Why is that so hard? It’s because we don’t have faith in ourselves. When we challenge ourseelves we are more likely to do better, things may nit work now but who knows about tomorrow? Brighter days await us ahead push on and you will never regret it.

    • Some people get brighter days in the beginning, some get in the middle and some get in the end of life and it is life and life principle on earth for earthly men.

I think that our worst days are never so bad that you are beyond the reach of God’s grace. And your best days are never so good that you are beyond the need of God’s grace.

It’s one of those dumb days where nothing’s really wrong but nothing’s really right either and the sky can’t even choose to be white or gray.

Some days you get up and you already know that things aren’t going to go well. They’re the type of days when you should just give in, put your pajamas back on, make some hot chocolate and read comic books in bed with the covers up until the world looks more encouraging. Of course, they never let you do that.

    • We must surround ourselves with people who uplift and motivate us. If not, we will be stuck in our rut and even be stomped deeper into the ground.

I thought it is an entertainment TV segment program where a host is having some blind item. But when I saw it, its the President Rody Duterte delivering his speech in the program of Philippine National Police […]

    • I have seen in politics of all over the world that politicians make scandal war against any lady who is getting popularity among the people or her fans. The Same case is with Leila she is being scandalized by the president of Philippine.

I have read thus that Philippines Senator Leila de Lima on Monday, 7 November, filed a “test case” against President Rodrigo Duterte before the Supreme Court seeking to keep at bay what she calls harassment by the president.

Lima said she had filed a 26-page petition for writ of “habeas data” against Duterte to protect her privacy. “This is a test case, a novel case of transcendental importance. Habeas data is rarely invoked. We are testing the doctrine of presidential immunity,” Rappler reported her as saying.
