No matter how hard it is to pursue our dreams or our purposes we have to keep moving forward. Let us be dedicated and committed to what we really want to pursue. Let resistance not hinder you from succeeding, but let it motivates you. We are humans, we have legs, hands and minds so what’s stopping us from achieving? Let our minds be essential to this world and let us utilize our knowledge to reach our aims/goals. God gave us purposes to pursue so imagine how he would feel if we don’t pursue our purposes. Albert Einstein said everyone is intelligent and is capable. Let us not give up but rise us and start moving and working towards our goals. And remember a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

My journey has been a hard but I tell myself with God I trust becuz I can only get help from him to get me thru this. He is suppose to choose my path and guide the way for me and my little ones and my teens. I always try my best to get on the right way of doin whateva it is that I need to do. But obstacles always come in my way for some reason I try to be careful or pursue each situation like as if it was a mission that needed emergency assistance. But most of the time it don’t cone out right. But from here on out I have to be on my game and do right to get it right. Am not sayin am doing something wrong but I need to pay more attention.

I used to bike when I was in my high school until college. But when I was already working , i didn’t anymore.
But once I am biking, I feel so light and carefree. And I was actually lighter by then.
So, does biking made you have your ideal weight?
My male officemate got fat so he turned into biking. Now, he is almost back to his former slim built.
He joined a biking group and they would bike long distances and have even went to our hometown. He was really into biking long before he got fat. However, he got lazy and didn’t bike anymore, and that made him fat.
So he is back to biking and he said that he would never be lazy biking again.

Wow! That’s a great achievement; you biked for 55 kilometers, and carrying that heavy backpack. Just be careful on the road.
