I like perfumes that smells so clean and fresh and those sweet smelling flower like the rose and jasmine. Magnolia flower can also be so nice smelling.
Though, I like perfumes that can stay on and on and the wearer will also feel younger and fresh that way .

Absolutely write, long lasting perfumes are the best and they save money since you do not have to apply it in a day several time, i remember when used Jadore which is french perfume I used it twice only, and that is great but using the expensive scents will make you run out of money too, right

I see to it that I drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. My glasses at home are of 1 1/2 glass capacity and drinks 6 of that all throughout the day. When at the office I also have same glass so I at least drink 5 glasses of water in that glass. The rest will be drank at home.
Then, the moment I wake up I drink one and a half of water in that tall glass. In a matter of a few minutes, I will be sneezing, farting and will have a runny nose. Then a few minutes more and I will be seating at the toilet bowl and it is so easy.

Good and informative. I regularly take water in large quantities and never suffered from indigestion. Drinking at least 6 liters of water is a must for every Adult person. This regulates the bowel movement and constipation will no longer be there. Taking tablets nowadays has become a costly affair. Instead of this people can prefer wheat Grass which is endowed with a lot of fiber content. This is also useful in treating the cancer of initial stages. If one is unable to drink more water he should take warm water early in the morning along with a lemon juice (1 spoon) mixed in it. This enables the bowel movement more easy than that caused by drinking water alone.

THank for your detailed long commment, it is new to me to use lemon and water, ok i know that we should drink about 8 and sometimes 9 glass of water a day, and in between we drink water in the taste of juice and food and sweets even like icecream and smoothie, but Why the warm water with lemon? i know how healhty the water and how healthy is the lemon, but together how they improve the bowel movement? tell us if there is any explanation for it.
yet thanks for your comment and valuable opinion too, just want to add that noting will replace water, though I agree with your that there are some activity and food do help to have good bowel movement and to avoid constipation and any other issue too. non that i think of right now as im at work but maybe later I am going to write about these things in another post if there is time. have a good day

Constipation is real especially for weight loss surgery patients. It is a job to get enough fiber in to keep things moving. Staying hydrated and staying ahead of the blockage is key.

Oh yea enema is good though its not really needed now with the tablets, I know hospital still use enema and that make bad snesation and realy people hate it, but tablets though will take longer time to make an effect but its the first choice for most, yet i know some will want the faster solution

I am a foodie, so I love cereal. I never miss out on my cereals, if anyone comes without dried fruits, I simply add mine. I do a lot of drying at home, from pineapples to bananas, apples, mangoes etc. The taste so good with cereal, besides fibers are good for you. Oats are a regular for me daily, keeps me full longer. I

I used to like cearal but now, not fan cereals any more, I prefer to eth really fresh food like apple banana or toastfrunch fries or cheese bread or jam and honey or zatar and olive oil with bread, of falafel fresh tasty and i love its taste it make me full to the lucnh time, try it friend
