This is a nice tribute to the late Michael Jackson. It’s true that the contributions of many humanitarians are under-appreciated and even unappreciated. But most humanitarians don’t do what they do to receive the praise of others anyway. It’s a good thing too because a lot of charitable works might not ever get done!

True that Michael Jackson was truly talented no one can beat him to that. Even though he is fine his presence in the music scene still lingers on. He was good at what he used to do. Who didn’t like his music? I don’t think there is anyone who would say that his music was bad or boring, I personally was a huge fun of Michael, and when he passed on I was very sad. Despite that happening his music always makes me smile because it lives in me. Many times you will find that when a person dies, whether it’s a celebrity or not, death will always bring unpleasant surprises. some people will take the advantage to spite whoever has died no matter what they did. So when someone dies you will always expect people talking bad, others will say how that person was not a peoples person or maybe he never used to help anyone so it’s expected. So Michael people loved him it’s just that they didn’t know what do when it was all over or how maybe they lacked a way that they would have come close to him but never got a chance that’s why they talked badly about him.

You made me laugh when I read Number 5 because it reminded me of when I was little and my mom always telling me not to frown because my face would stay that way. The thought of my face having a permanent upside down smile was really scary! The thought now also makes me laugh. Laughter is universal. 🙂

Yes. Even my mother used to say that very often. Those were the days we understood less about things said and done. As we grow old, we understand many things. Life is strange is it not?

When you think something is funny, you laugh. But do you know why and how you laugh? This part of the lesson addresses the science of laughter in terms of how the brain reacts to an external stimulus that is funny.
First of all, laughter is not the same as humor. Laughter is the physiological response to humor. Laughter consists of two parts — a set of gestures and the production of a sound. When we laugh, the brain pressures us to conduct both those activities simultaneously. When we laugh heartily, changes occur in many parts of the body, even the arm, leg and trunk muscles.
It is a solid fact that nothing balances your nervous system faster than communicating face-to-face with another person. Add laughter to that communication and you have a powerful antidote to stress, anxiety, pain, and conflict. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert.
With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing your relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health.
