Overcoming negativity is tough, at times very much tougher if we have lots of such negative people around us, but we can overcome negativity if we are persistent and stick to our paths.

Always away from negative people who have negative thoughts in the brain such people are avoid of faith in God and his laws. The best took of keeping negativity away from yous is pray to God with sincere heart.
Just as toxic radiation is poison to our health, negative energy is also disastrous to human beings. Don’t be misled into thinking that because bad vibes are invisible or hard to identify at their source that they’re any less deadly to your creative genius than poisonous gas—they aren’t. And don’t be conned into believing that denying or ignoring negativity will protect you from its deadly effects either—it won’t.
how to Avoid Negativity Eight Important Steps to Follow
Run a “vibe check”. Recognize the quality of the energetic atmosphere at work every day. Simply testing the psychic temperature of the workplace will allow you to make the necessary adjustments to keep your own energy intact.
If you sense dissonance, take a deep breath. Get grounded, surround yourself with positive vibes, and resolve that you won’t let anything you encounter throw you off center.
Resolve to let the negativity bounce off you. Don’t take any negativity you run into personally. Commit to focusing only on your goals and intentions for the day.
Acknowledge the bad vibes. Recognize them in some way, if only to yourself—but be discreet and subtle. You don’t need to announce them to the entire office. This will only spread the negativity you want to clear even more.
Be kind, loving, and patient with those around you because they need it. Focus on work, and if negative conversation arises, listen neutrally and compassionately if you can’t gracefully get away.
Observe, don’t absorb what’s going on around you. If you can unobtrusively escape, do so. Your feet are two of your most powerful defenses against negativity. Turn them in the opposite direction of the problem and leave. If you can’t make a run for it, surrender and accept the situation. Give the bad-vibe dispenser (BVD) your complete attention for a full five minutes. Encourage this person to complain, gossip, attack, and whine to their heart’s content.
Just listen, breathe, and stay neutral—don’t engage, resonate, or rescue. When the five minutes have passed, ask with complete sincerity if there’s anything you can personally do to help right now. If you hear, “Yes, there is,” and you can help, then do so. If you hear, “No, not really,” then say, “I’m sorry. I really hope it works out.” Then go back to work.

If I had to choose between an all meat diet versus an all vegetarian diet, I would choose vegetarian. For survival reasons, if nothing else. You don’t have to hunt your food down and kill it. You can eat it raw and often don’t need to use a knife or other eating utensil. You can leave it on the tree and not worry about food storage or spoilage. There are all kinds of good reasons to be vegetarian. But I’m still not a vegetarian. However, I have modified my diet to include more vegetables and less meat.

I gave up all non-vegetarian food in 2004 and do not miss anything including my most favorite dish the Tandoori Chicken.

killing animal like killing plants, and there is lots of vitamins and menirals that are in animals not in the vegetarian, I am not against vegetarin but its life style eveyone eats what they like, but to say that is healthy its not true because there and that is just an example, there are type of protein that human body needs it , that is not in plant, also some type of iron that is in animal only. So there are healhty vegetarian you and healthy meat, you can not live eating only one of them. or you will have some health issues, balance is required in everything, life , work , food and everything, though nice post , but human needs both source of food as vegetable and fruits and also animal meats. I can not imagine my self eat only vegetable food or just fruits. thanks for the effort in the post, a good day

I love to sleep. That’s a fact. But I always choose the place where I sleep. Like Shavkat up there, I am also really comfortable when alone. But that doesn’t mean that I’m a loner. I just love the quiet. This is why me and my friends are always together; we look for quiet places to hang out to because we would rather stay in those places to relax, sleep or talk about things that interests us. Or we could go to a bar and listen to the music while dancing. Haha
The best place of comfort on earth if the lap of other or the beloved’s heart and eyes and putting your head on the beloved’s coral breast and sleep for a long long time I am talking as a poet.
We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on the journey toward the goal we’ve established for ourselves. It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep. It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile. Earl Nightingale
I think a gentleman is someone who holds the comfort of other people above their own. The instinct to do that is inside every good man, I believe. The rules about opening doors and buying dinner and all of that other ‘gentleman’ stuff is a chess game, especially these days.
Love is cheering and sharing and compassion and giving and receiving. Love is an action thing more than a word thing, that brings comfort or joy or relief to anyone or anything.
There are many places which each individual can find peace and calm. You have covered many such places and methods by which one can do so. I find peace when alone and doing some work or being in some silent company. Not in a noisy group or a crowded area. There are several places where you can remove you stress and clutter in the mind.
Some of the places I find calm and peace are staying nearby a lake or water body and looking at the placid water, being at a place where you hear sounds of nature with greenery around. A place where there is a scenic view of mountains or plains or any other place which provides such picture postcard view. Looking at colors or paintings can also calm and remove stress. Hope this information is useful.
