No one is immune from stress and some may encounter stress more than others but it’s bound to make it’s way into our lives. We don’t have to allow stress to take over our lives. There’s so many ways to relieve stress but one of the most effective ways is to “meditate.” Meditation is a great stress reliever. It keeps us calm and allows us to reflect on the positives.

Some Effective Ways to Meditate

1. Run a warm bubble bath with soothing music played in the background.

2. Read bible verses and meditate with prayer.

3. Shut down devices and turn the lights low or off.

4. Lay in the comfort of your bed or on the sofa and tilt head back. That will help with “peaceful” reflecting.

5. Listen to meditation music such as ocean sounds or waterfalls.

Meditation generates better health
