Make sure the majority of your habits are good ones

Everyone has his own habits, but the thing is the majority of them to be good habits, that are affecting your health or lifestyle in a positive way. In this blog post I will list all the possible bad and good habits that are coming to my mind currently as I am writing this.

Alright, a bad habit is definitely the one that affects badly on your health or lifestyle and has a negative impact on yourself. Firstly we will take chewing nails/biting fingers as an example. Maybe it’s weirdly uncontrollably pleasant to you, but have you thought how that impacts on the environment and people around you? Have you thought how much unattractive that little habit can make you in the eyes of other people? Or scratching your head simultaneously, you know how unattractive that looks if you put your fingers all the time in your hair and scratch your hair? Your fingers and hair both would get greasy at the same time.

Another bad habit which most of us have unfortunately is interrupting people. Geez stop interrupting people while they are talking, that really pisses them off, but you will never understand as long as it doesn’t happen to you. You will understand how annoying is that when the same thing happens to you. You have been waiting the whole day to tell something to your friends, and here comes this buddy interrupting you in the middle of your story plus changing the topic and distracting people from listening to you? Won’t that make you feel you want to punch him? Well, if the answer is yes, then change this bad habit and implement a new good one which definitely excludes INTERRUPTING.

As for good habits, if you wash your hands at different intervals through the day, especially when you wake up in the morning and you go to the kitchen to grab food without washing your hands. Well, it is dirty because who knows, while you were sleeping maybe you touched your body, or your intimate area and now you are eating without previously washing your hands? So, washing your hands multiple times a day implements you a good habit, not only to your health but in the eyes of many people too. Second good habit is brushing your teeth. Some people do it once, some do it twice. I don’t want to exaggerate but there are people on this planet that do it after every meal. Ok, if you wash your teeth after every meal the toothpaste will surely be gone in a week lol. But now seriously, make sure you are doing it at least once a day. When you wake up, and before you go to sleep (most important time of the day when you should brush your teeth).

Another good habit that will affect on your diet (if you want to lose weight of course) is counting your meal’s calories. Trust me, if you implement this small habit to your everyday lifestyle, you might be very satisfied with the upcoming results that you are going to see after some time.

There are many more habits (bad and good) such as tidying your room after the play is over and such. I could go on and write many more good and bad habits, but I already stated my purpose of this blog post.

    • I believe that I have as much of the bad habits like anyone else, but I also believe that majority of my habits are the good one. I also have three small children and I think I put some good things in them as well. If I am not as good as I think the is always my beloved to correct me. Sometimes I am not as tidy as I should be, but it is partially my mistake and partially my family mistake. Nothing in particular affects our health so I think we are still doing a good job.
