Make Honey your Staple Diet

I have added honey in my staple diet. I have it every day by adding it to hot milk.

It is quite strange that it is said that  if honey is had in warm water it helps one lose weight  but if it is had in milk one puts on weight. I have never understood the logic behind this. But one thing I do know and that is honey gets one’s instant energy. There is also so much being reported about the health benefits honey has when mixed with cinnamon. The link below has more information:

There was a time we could choose from so many natural  aromas. The bees were reared in farms where a particular type of flower or fruit grew so that the honey got their typical aroma. Each of these aromas have special qualities but these days one never gets to taste them.

But these days one never hears of such things. I do take honey every day but it has no particular aroma. I am also not sure if it is pure although when I test it it feels t be real.

To ascertain whether the honey is pure a spoon of it is dropped in water. If it is pure it will not dissolve in water but settle down. Hopefully this should be a good test.

I see honeycombs in my garden now and then but I leave them there. I feel it is not right to disturb that honeycomb and extract honey from it as that will not be enough for consumption. That should be left for the bees. The way honey is extracted is also  not the right way. The bees are killed by lighting fire to the beehive. This is a cruel thing to do. Also there is danger in that bee stings could be fatal.

If one wants to harvest honey there are better ways. There are artificial bee hives available where honey is extracted without harming the bees.
