How to make $200,000 a year with Google Adsense

This is based on the true story of Ai Takagi and Yang Kaiheng.   There are documents that proved that Google Adsense did pay them more than $200.000 a year.

In fact, their website made A$473,595 from Google Adsense from December 2013 to April 2015.

Theirs is a true blue success story of Google Adsense, but comes with an unexpected ending.

1.       Find a niche

Everyone knows the importance of finding a niche.

Ai Takagi and Yang Kaiheng found a niche when they set up a Facebook page to criticize a politician during the Singapore General Election.

Their page attracted great views, and attention.

They found a niche in socio-political. In fact, their real niche was to fan the anger and unhappiness already existed in Singapore.

The targeted audience was the unhappy Singaporeans, and they created the website to let their audience a venue to speak out.

Both of them were in Australia, but that did not stop them from muddling in the politics of other country.

2.       Telling lies

They set up the website, the Real Singapore, and that soon was one of the most popular anti-government blogs in Singapore.

They spread lies, and that stirred up the anger of the people.

The more lies they spread, the more comments and views they got.  They were smart enough to report mainly the truth, and only a very small part was lies.

For example, they would report about something that happened, but they would add that certain races were the culprits.  They put words into the mouths of the fictitious characters.

3.       Getting expert advice

They were smart enough to get expert advice to reduce income tax.  Instead of using Google Adsense as individual blogger, they set up a company to manage the income from Adsense.

This act alone allowed them to pay lower income tax, and allowed each of them A$30,000 tax free exemption as the director of the company.

4.       The end

The website was shut down by the Singapore government.  They were charged for sedition.

I am sure after they have served their sentence, they will be popular as Adsense Guru.  After all, how many people can make so much money with Google Adsense.

    • @scheng1 Doesn't AdSense drop web sites for breaking local laws and for posting malicious content? I wouldn't be surprised if they sued to get their money back!

      • @Ruby3881 No, they are based in Australia, and they spread lies about Singapore, so that is not against local law.
Anyway Google does not care about the impact of the content as long as it is not against their content policy.

    • They simply apply the "hot" issue and the "lie" modus. The hot issue is stirring the concern people's anger by feeding them "lies". Their method doesn't conform with the writing ethics which require a responsive, responsible, reliable article. Their social-political niche is too dangerous for the politicians they subjected to criticize, ridicule or whatever might sue them in return. Good AdSense is after organic views as long as they are done naturally. In fact, I have mentioned this in one of my forum comments on making a blog getting a comment.

      • The problem is that the government cannot make them cough up the money.
They go to jail, and after they have served their sentence, they get to enjoy the life that half a million dollars bring to them.
They already have a fully paid up apartment, and they have the money saved in the bank.
They can easily start another website, and earn with Adsense.
They can write a book about their experience too.

    • This is an interesting post. However I don't recommend using these methods to generate adsense income. Short term gains often lead to long term pain and this holds true in this case. I would rather make slow and steady efforts.

      • For this case, they are making short term gain, and short term pain.
After they serve their jail sentence in Singapore, they will return to Australia.
They have paid off their mortgage in less than a year with Adsense money, and they have the remaining money saved up.
I think they will have a bright future ahead of them as Adsense guru.

    • I already have ad sense account , but I do not know how to use it. I am going to concentrate on how to have it earn for me.

    • I tried to add my blog in AdSense. However, it takes a lot of work to gain profit. The end part, I didn't spend more time to have more money. Hard money is fine with me and planning to have my own business in the future. I think you can follow his footsteps.

    • Making money on adsense is hard. You need to have a great and working strategy to build a massive traffic in your website which i think is hard if you're starting out as newbie. Most people are earning on adsense using their channel on youtube. The more people views your videos, the more earnings get. You can also used alternative earnings on adsense and they are some company paying for every views to monitized your youtube account.

    • Is it really possible to earn a full time living from Adsense? While the answer is absolutely “yes”, I would like to explain why this is a bad strategy and business plan. Google Adsense is a great tool that you can add to your arsenal, but there are three main issues with relying on Adsense for a full time income.

For starters, unless you are extremely lucky, it will take you several years to achieve this goal. Secondly, putting all your eggs in one basket is never a good business move, especially with Google Adsense. And third, there may be far more profitable ways to earn a full time living online than just through Adsense alone. With that said, let’s get into this in a bit more detail.

n order to truly earn a full-time income with Adsense, we first need to determine what a “full time living” is for you. Just for the sake of this article, let’s take the average yearly income in the United States which is around $43,000 per year. To some of you, this may be way more than you need and for others, it will not support your current lifestyle from whatever full-time job you have. However, I think most of us would be very happy with over $40k from a “passive” income source (I’ll explain why I put “passive” in quotes a little bit later).

So, if we want to make $43,000 per year that is approximately $118 per day or $3,540 per month. How do you achieve this?

Well, first I’ll give the answer you don’t want to hear and then I will give a more direct answer. The answer you don’t want to hear is “it depends.”
