Now a days we are to live very fast life. And We are to work round the clock. And We hardly have time to care for our health. If habit of morning walk is formed right from our early days, we can be sure of sound body and sound mind.
Besides health benefits, it is an extremely delightful experience to take walk early in morning.
There is old proverb that says Early to bed and early to rise makes man healthy, wealthy and to wise. I am in habit of getting up early in morning and have formed the habit of walking long morning walks in past two years.
It is light Precise and the best for physical fitness. And The morning air which is fresh and pure is beneficial for the lungs.And The early rays of the rising Sun are good for healthy skin.Health is Wealth and Doctors also recommend morning walk to the their patients for gaining sound health and freshness of energy. At distance of about one kilometer from my house there is a big park.And Along with my neighbourhood friend I cover distance. We job in winters and walk easily in summers.
On way we meet other people,and whom we know by now, heading towards the park. And We exchange greetings and move on. And It is very rare that we two friends miss our morning walk.And During winters mostly the people stay indoors but during summer young and an old alike are seen enjoying the beautiful weather. And The dew drops on the leaves, grasses and flower petals shine like little pearls. And There is the refreshing cool breeze blowing the sweet smell of flowering plants.
The birds chirruping in the groups are seen all aroma. It is almost same scene daily and same people we meet in park but the charm of early morning is everlasting. We run on circular path of the park. After two complete rounds we let ourselves fall on wet grass and roll happily on the softness below.
A Few little children are seen playing with balls. Only old and the aged are seen sitting in a group.and They all know each other well. And They prefer to sit quietly and the discuss matters on politics, changing times and their younger generations.And Fat people walk briskly in bid to reduce extra fats.
As we lay down to rest we can watch the sun in the sky.and The sight of the rising sun and the quick change of colors is captivating. AndThe morning walks keeps me fresh and energetic the whole day. An regular morning walk is necessary for maintaining a sound body and the mind.

Great
I really like brisk walking. It can really trim down weight. However, I do brisk walking in the afternoon. I am not sure if I can still continue. I am so busy lately.
I love morning walks too! I am a morning person, so I prefer to walk in the morning than in the afternoon when I feel so tired and sleepy.
