LIFESTYLE FOR A HEALTHY HEART

To have a healthy heart one has to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A lifestyle is one governed by a set of duties one has to perform as regular activities from the day one gets up from the bed and attend them without any deviation. They are guided by principles, devotion, and attended to with most respect and great concern.

A good lifestyle is always a good mechanism against the diseases. A good lifestyle is all the more important in minimizing the heart problem and in overcoming the heart diseases. The changes in lifestyle for healthy heart constitute.

If watching a T.V for 2 hours a day increases the heart problem by 15%, doing exercise for 30 comfortably can make the heart healthy and improve the blood circulation and controls the blood pressure, as per the recent Medical Research Report of the Harward University.

INCREASED INTAKE OF CHOLESTEROL

Most of the reasons for Heart Problems are due to increased intake of cholesterol-rich food which can be avoided and a shift to proteins like Chicken and Fish is always advised to keep the heart problem at bay.

Stress which plays a vital role in damaging the heart can be removed by taking a good physical exercise.The physical exercise will improve, the physical and mental makeup and an additional exercise will definitely work positively in confronting the heart problems

CONCLUSION:

One should observe that stress leads to depression and a depressed mind will crave for eating more.The consequent result is an increase in the body weight. Hence to keep oneself away from stress is most important.

Again for keeping the stress away a thorough control over mind and thoughts is imperative. A positive thinking, spending time in the company of like-minded friends, keeping oneself busy with some work or the other always should be taken up as daily routines.

    • For me , it's actually the opposite effect when I am stressed. I could hardly eat and have no appetite at all when I am stressed or depressed.

      Though, even if that is so, stress is a silent killer of a person. Stress can lead to disturbance of the mind eventually, specially if the side effect is not being able to sleep and eat.

      Sad to say, that in some jobs, stress is prevalent, especially when one has a slave driver for a boss.

      Thus, when one has a boss that is a monster, the person should scout for another job in which stress will be manageable.

      Furthermore, in offices that requires you to be in front of computers, I think, wiggling the body and the legs while seated can help a person to have some exercises while working. Standing up and walking going to the comfort room should be done in a brisk manner, because the briskness of the movement can be an exercise by itself.
