When we go to school (whether we’re just starting out going to school or we’re getting a Bachelor’s Degree) we are always learning something new. We carry what we learn in school on into our every day living. Some times, however, there are lessons in life which you can’t learn in a school or university.
I like to think of them as “Life Lessons.” “Life Lessons” are lessons you learn by trial and error and can’t be taught at any school level but by only life’s experiences. I would like to share 3 of my important “Life Lessons.”
The first “Life Lesson” I’ve learned is to have FAITH. There were times when I strayed away from my FAITH and that’s when things seemed to happen that I didn’t want to happen. That was a period in my life when I doubted my FAITH. Instead of coming closer to my FAITH, I withdrew from it. At that opportunity I realized that when those things were happening to me, was the time that I should hold more firmly to my FAITH, than to question it. That’s when I realized that “every thing happens for a reason.” Sometimes it’s NOT for me to know why it’s happening, but if I hold onto my FAITH, something better could be around the corner for me.
Another “Life Lesson” I learned goes hand in hand with the first lesson and that is to have PATIENCE. I suffer anxiety attacks, so life has taught me how to have PATIENCE. PATIENCE goes hand in hand with FAITH. If I have a problem or a concern or maybe want something, I turn to my FAITH for answers. Not always will I get my answers as fast as I want it, but I have to use my PATIENCE that my FAITH will lead me in the right direction.
Last but NOT least is BEING MYSELF of how I want to have others treat me. If I want people to love me I must love myself first. If I want people to trust me, I first must be true to myself. When I’m struggling BEING MYSELF, I turn to my FAITH for guidance and have PATIENCE in which direction I should turn.
So as you see, you really can’t learn these “Life Lessons” in school. Life is the real teacher!! I hope you will join me in sharing your “Life Lessons.”
~Peace~

yes it is reality
I was thinking that you would be writing about the hardest things you have experienced and were able to overcome them. But instead, you have told us about the virtue which has to strengthen our miserable way of life because of economic reasons, because of unemployment, because of mismanagement of time and money. Anyway, I appreciate these three things that you have been taught of.
Yes, the teaching of all books written by men and God tell just one thing, faith in God and faith in self in every work of life success will be under your feet today or tomorrow. Faith is miracle cause on earth, faith is root of heavenly love, faith leads men to heaven and faith keep men away from all moral and physical diseases.
The Bible also defines faith in Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Faith is the substance or assurance of things we hope for, but have not yet received.
Faith (confidence, belief, trust) is also our evidence of that which is not seen—the invisible spiritual things. Faith comes before a prayer is answered or before an individual has received what he or she has requested from God. If we have received what we asked for, then faith is not needed.
