Do you think if your office time was over meant your job was also over? No, it was never the case with me. Answer me this simple question don’t you think your children have certain expectations from you? Or don’t you feel they might be expecting you for taking them for shopping or maybe your wife was expecting a dinner out in the evening.
I hope while dealing with your child you allow him to face the hardships of life at every step because a child must know about life from the very beginning but you can’t leave him helpless when he really needs you.
That was for men but in case you are a woman your husband might be expecting a nice dinner of his choice or maybe he was expecting a romantic outing with you. The life is full of duties and we cannot avoid any of them. You have to go through them all and that’s not all but you must be mentally prepared for the next day which will be a similar experience all over again.
My dear friends, our lives are full of responsibilities but some of us fail to accept the challenges. You all have probably heard the saying that the ‘life is no bed of roses’. A person has to fulfill all his promises, all the duties for family and towards the society. That’s life for you with bunch of roses but I am sure you are not the one grumbling about thorns which is an integral part of such a wonderful flower.
Life is full of responsibilities and you cannot run away from them. I am sure you are moved and feel bitter when you behold your partner in your arms and she looks at you with expectations in her eyes. Probably you were expecting something else and you could not stand her demanding glare.

My job used to take up so much of time. Sometimes I used to feel guilty for not being able to give enough time and attention to my son.
@suny It is not easy to leave office behind when one gets home. Atleast I never felt that way. Thought did linger affecting my personal life somewhat.
