Ladies’ innerwear – Curves n Shapes – a review

As kids we never bought ready made underwear. That was stitched at home. Mother thought it was not hygienic. Much water has flown under the bridge since then and stitching underwear at home is history now. Until there was access to the Internet we chose whatever that was available in shops. We had no other alternative but be satisfied although there was not much comfort there.  With online shopping vistas available to anyone who knows how to search sky is the limit to choose from.

Curves n Shapes – Ladies inner wear

Apart from Marks and Spencer the only other brand I have chosen is Curves n Shapes

And I only shop for the hipster style.

It is hundred percent cotton. Any inner wear should breathe and be absorbent.   Cotton does that perfectly. And more so the Curves n Shapes brand. I sometimes wonder how anyone can tolerate innerwear made from artificial fibre which does not release the  sweat. This is not something anyone could be comfortable with.

The elastic that holds it should be broad so that it lasts and does not hurt the waist. Same applies to the elastic round the legs.I find these qualities in this brand.  This underwear comes in different sizes, styles and  many prints. The colour is fast and does not whither easily. The hipsters in particular stay smug giving the most comfortable feel. With its lasting quality I cannot think of switching over to any other brand. It is reasonably priced and does not pinch one’s pocket.

Whatever be your choice, be it the print, the size and style, there are ready reckoners to click on .  Their wares are marketed by several online sites.

Here is one such site:

This product is Indian but having an online presence perhaps would be available globally.

Nothing like going for underwear that breathes, is comfortable, lasts, and is available with a click of the mouse

    • Can we use links from shopping sites in our posts? But of course, we can since the post has been approved by the staff.

      • @shaloo walia You cannot post referral links but to support your conviction you sure can post links that do just that and links that describe the product in question. Curves n Shapes do not have their own website.

    • I guess we really need to consider on what to buy especially for personal use. For me, I usually get easily have rashes if the materials used is not suitable for me.

    • Thanks for sharing this information. Thanks for sharing the brand, but all the price is stated in Rupee, so I really don’t how much they cost.
Moreover, I don’t know how much is the international postage cost, which made me not really like to do international shopping, sometimes.
However, I opened and checked the website just now, the panties all look nice and colourful, I wish I can get one too if possible , one day in the future.
I buy my underwear in the supermarket/hypermarket or stores as we can try it out, especially the bra is very hard to get a good fit one without put them on.

I buy online as well sometimes when there is some discount voucher or promotion available which made it really cheaper than buying offline.
I didn’t have any stitched underwear even when I was young or as a kids, but my mum yes. She still have her own stitched underwear, either panty or bra.
