Have you heard of EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, or Tapping?
I have heard about it for quite some time, but I did not really go into the details of it. I just thought it seems too magical to be real. How can we get rid of all those negative emotions or pain just by tapping? I decided to really look into this tapping techniques after watching an interview about Dr Wayne Dyer, my favorite motivational speaker, talking about the effectiveness of tapping.
It seems like this is a technique, tool or natural healing remedy where I can try to get rid of my frequent headache, the feeling of overwhelming and stress and also being calm especially facing some challenging moments with my kids. I have been learning to stop yelling, be calmer and more patient, perhaps this can help.
Here, there is an opportunity for me to learn more about this technique. The Tapping World Summit 2017 starts on 27 February, which is today, and it will run for 10 days, until 8 March 2017. This is a virtual online event, organized by Nick Ortner, the founder of The Tapping Solution. The interview about Dr Wayne that I mentioned about was hosted by Nick too.
This is already 9th annual tapping summit, and joining this summit is FREE. There are 20 EFT Tapping Experts sharing techniques, tools and strategies about tapping, in different topics in audio format. There will be 2 presentations each day, and these presentations will be available for FREE for an additional 24 hours.
