It seems, the cult of youth is everywhere.

I think people always want what they do not have. Blond wants dark hair and dark-haired dreams of red, all Spaniard straighten hair, and our girls curl them. Those who work in the theater or the cinema have to be some kind of personages. And many women want to be personages in the street, they cannot be themselves. I understand that on the screen or stage person should be bright, but at home let yourself be as nature created us. And that for many women sounds like nonsense. I see beauty in naturalness, I see it very much in naturalness. Only we need how to live with it and show it.

People are looking for identity, searching and finding, losing, learning from mistakes and it’s great. This is a natural way, without the need to call it a mistake. I am always for the trying different images. How else to understand if you actually not try it. I was a blond, dark and red haired. I have such pictures, which will not show anyone. But it is a part of our lives, a man matures, growing, changing.

The cult of youth now seem to be everywhere. Everyone fear to get old. This is definitely the present day’s global neoliberalism’s infection. Business is made out of everything, especially of human fears. The fear of death is one of the greatest human fears. It looks like while retaining your visual beauty, staying a young man you can overcome this fear, as if death could stop. They use this deceit. Cosmetic, plastic surgery industry is booming due to this fact. We pay and pay not so little for our fears and desires.

Fear to get old? This is question of approach to the beauty. For me an old man is beautiful. I see beauty in old hands, wise eyes. I find beautiful in elegant old age. Fear makes a scarecrow of you. Even if you pay for your beauty, it also can be seen.

Naturalness should not be wild. After all, a woman is a woman, must take care of herself. But I want to live nicely, rather than put efforts and considerable investment in my “perfection”. I very carefully choose the face means, I am very picky. My skin is very sensitive, so it was fully investigated and chosen cosmetic products for me. I have a lot of products and I like to have a “pharmacy” for my skin at home.

And not to eat a lot helps to anyone. My grandmother liked to say that woman needs sugar only on the tongue’s end and she never allowed to me and my cousins to insert our nails into sugar.  We learned from childhood that need to control our wishes and to feel the sense of proportion.

I am glad that I can sometimes afford to be a white crow and say that I am happy, to walk with a big smile 24 hours a day. And that happiness is always with me, I do not need to look for it anywhere.

You can be happy just looking in the mirror – we should love ourselves both with make-up, and without it. All our greatest joys are in the simplest things. Our happiness does not requires any big plans, grandiose projects or special success.
