Iron Deficiency Is One cause Of Hearing Loss

Recent studies abroad found out that those who lack iron in blood are those usually victims of hearing loss. What can you say? Are you having this hearing loss and sought medical assistance from hearing aid? So while you are not yet deaf, try to absorb in your body lots of iron. I have a doctor friend here in our city, and one day when I visited his clinic he prescribed me the cheapest tablet that contains sufficient iron which I may buy after the holy week. That tablet is so cheap only P 1 peso Philippine money or equivalent to $ 2.5 cents. The name of this should you know those who are from Philippines is Ferrous sulphate. Just check this in your nearest pharmacy. I have not bought this since it was prescribed to me by medical doctor friend almost 10 years already, LOL. I have to buy this at least to protect my hearing. Do it too should you happen to read my blog written only for your on benefits.

In relation to the medical studies abroad, people having iron deficiency will be having hearing loss twice to suffer this way because our blood requires normal level of iron. May I know if your blood iron levels are normal? We can sense it actually if normal if could still hear well. What do we always notice to old people? They loss their hearing and they are so pitiful for they lack knowledge as to what they lack to avoid getting deaf. Life will be meaningless if become deaf. Yes, there are hearing aids sold to sustain or restore hearing but only temporarily. You only enjoy some hours of hearing through that gadget which requires batteries if not your hearing gadget will be down to its function.

If you are a vegetarian, there is also no guarantee that you can escape hearing loss for not all vegetables contain iron. Our blood if having deficiency, it will have a critical balancing to our hemoglobin the protein carrier oxygen. That is why those sick of iron deficiency always feel weak and tired and a tendency to sick of anemia and may lead to cancer of the blood if not immediately detected. It is also very important to check the health of your kids. Look at them if pale or not because one sign of anemia is patient to look pale. On the other hand, our inner ear is very sensitive so if iron is lacking, it will be affected hearing gradually declines.

You may try the following stuffs to protect your hearing loss. These foods are rich in iron for blood like : red meat, pork, beef liver, poultry, chicken liver, lamb , sea food (especially clams, mussels, and oysters), and Salmon.

These are necessary to prevent hearing loss, but there might be a problem if you are a hyper person for meat is not advisable to you; however, medics said that even a small amount of meat can help prevent hearing loss. If not, and if you are a Filipino, try to buy Ferrous Sulphate as maintenance for a healthy hearing.

    • Loss of hearing is also a universal problem. It is not only lackness of iron as its cause to its loss. There might be other factors like accident, abuse of ears during cleaning irritating the era drum and too much heavy loads to always carry like those porters.It was learned those porters carrying heavy loads are usually victims of hearing loss.

      Life is less meaningful if loss the hearing.

    • Hi thanks for the information , but iron loss do not directly make the hearing loss, but its kinda lead to issues that causes the hearing loss. but you are right, iron less than normal make you tired and lazy yet ti depend on which iron deficiency you have

    • @trees , Hi? Thanks for the additional info about this post. If one lacks iron in blood, there will be many bad effects. Seldom I hear people in the city where I live sick of anemia, but most of the time hear hearing problem. Iron in blood makes the ear nerves stronger. Our ears have many nerves almost 700 nerves and if one is problematic , all parts will be affected.There is trouble , at first simple then it becomes complicated. Body elements/ chemicals are so important to be healthy and active.
