Today’s Work culture is so much different for what people in the old times used to do. In the old times companies hire number of people to work and to manage the work properly and it demands a lot of money to pay to them in the form of salaries and wages. And still people cannot be much honest with their jobs and they do make many mistakes as well which is normal to human being cause boredom, sickness, tiredness, lack of interest lets us make many silly mistakes which we always thought that we cannot make. But if we make mistakes soon the employer will kick is out of the company cause these days competition is so tough and your place in the office can be grabbed my many people.

But with the Advancement in Science and Technology. Many new Gadgets have been blessed by Science and Information Technology to us, so that we can use them effectively in our lives and in business front as well. These days we all have computers and laptops and all such equipments with the help of which we can reduce our extra staff strength and put less pressure on our financial resources cause now we need to pay 4-5 people or even 10 people we just need a single guy or Girl who can manage and in this way we can save money and put that money in another effective use. Many punching techniques have been adopted to mark a person’s presence or absence  in the company so no need to put or hire different clerks to work and also main large records of who is absent or who is absent or even for late comers, no need to make extra record the system will record the IN time and Out time of all and it can also be utilized when making payrolls which is of very important and vastly used method to process the salaries and its tedious as well.
