India beat Bangladesh in 1st T 20 of series played in 2015

India was scheduled to play a 2 Match T 20 International Series in Bangladesh in 2015. Both teams have great players and all rounder’s and match winners and it would be interesting to see them battle in this series. The 1^st T 20 international match was to be played on Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka, Bangladesh on 26^th June, 2015. Bangladesh already won the One Day international series 2-1.

Bangladesh won the toss and opts to bowl first; this is how India team and 11 was looking like in this 1^st T 20 international Match: MS Dhoni (c & wk), Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja, Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane, Ravichandran Ashwin, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav, Mohit Sharma

And Bangladesh team and 11 was looking like this in this 1^st T 20 international Match: M Mortaza (c), Mushfiqur Rahim (wk), Shakib Al Hasan, Tamim Iqbal, Rubel Hossain, Nasir Hossain, Sabbir Rahman, Soumya Sarkar, Liton Das, Taskin Ahmed, M Rahman

India batted very well and aggressively as they already lost the One Day International series and was able to post total of only 160 runs in 20 over’s at the loss of 8 wickets and with top scores of India Star batsman and Right hand opener R Sharma who made 80 runs in 50 balls with 10 4’s and 3 six at the strike rate of 160 runs in 100 balls and other Skipper and Wicket keeper M S Dhoni who made 40 runs in 40 balls with 4 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 100 runs in 100 balls.

Bangladesh was needed to score 161 runs in 20 over’s to win this match and to take lead in the series 1-0.

Bangladesh batted very well and aggressively but they were not able to chase this total and was bowled out for only 100 runs in 17 over’s and  top scored by Bangladesh star All rounder S A Hasan who made 51 runs in 51 balls with 8 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 100 runs in 100 balls.

India won the match by 60 runs and leads the series 1-0.
