In my opinion family is the most important part of our life.I start with Parents. Firstly we have to understand one thing whatever we are its because of our parents.and when we understand this then we get the value of our family.Mother spends her whole life by growing her child .She spent all her time fro her child so when the child become adult it is his job to look after family.We all have to treat all the members in our family equally.When we fail in our life to achieve some thing we desire for,our family is the one who stands behind us,who build our confidence.They give us and show us the new way to live.Now i will discuss how we can good relationship within the family,look,firstly we should be responsible .If i am doing a job it is my responsibility to take all the expenses of my house.If you are married then you have to look after your wife your kids,you have to fulfill there needs.Family is not only the people who are living in your house,your close relatives like Uncle,aunt,cousins they are all our family.It become hard sometime to keep good relation if any misunderstanding comes.We need to be very calm and try to solve the matter properly and more effectively.
Normally problem occurs in the joint family matter where all the family members are living in 1 house.Especially after marriage when the new girl become part of your family that is the most important time,Sometime she will make a very strong unit and strong problems starts because of her.We have to be very responsible i have seen any many houses problems like boy is not taking care of his wife and she goes to the court and this brings a clash between them and ends with separation. If any problem happens in the family we have to be very careful and try to b very friendly and honest and try to pay a mutual role in that and try to bring them close.Because as we grow up our way of thought change and that some time not agreeing with other members of family creates problem.
Because some time our parents warned us not to do something which we plan to do because they went through that stage,they knew that this thing might not be good for you.They are not our enemies so rather than arguing with them we must to listen them.

Yes, family is the root of humanity and the whole world rest on family system. The main problem in any society occurs when emotions be different to one another. Untamed emotions create family problem and these emotions are called Satanic emotion because men lead their life under the power of emotions not under the power of reason. I really wonder if there is existing a joint family system in the society? In the foreign countries I do not think it has disappeared a very long back. In other Asian Countries it was ..better I say like that...in existence. Nowadays the trace of joint family system are rarely found.
The relationships are very important as you said. But how many are really interested in maintaining a healthy relationships in a family?
The moment one gets married and brings his wife he faces trouble in the family in the recent times. Let us not take up- the issues like in-laws torturing their daughter-in law, dowry problem etc., as there are many laws and sound ways to deal with such problem. They are decreasing now.
But, the new problem is being faced by boys who marries and brings his wife into a family having old parents.
The lady the moment steps into her in-laws house along with her husband starts picking up quarrel with the members especially with old in laws. She emphasizes more on living separately with her husband. She even threatens them.
She does not prefer sharing the affecting and love with her in-laws knowing pretty well that they are human beings deserving respect.
The more educated she is the more will be the torture.
She became too possessive. Everything belongs her and her children only as if the others not fit and deserve for anything.
Most of the times her parents involve in her family matters and starts questioning about her earnings and savings. In what way they are interested in such information when once their daughter gets married. They shamelessly question about the financial side of their daughter.
In some cases the wife leaves the house and prefers staying with her parents and asks her husband to come and stay with her. What should happen to his parents? Should they forego their son for having got him married?
Ladies are becoming totally immoral. Take for an example the case of Sheena Bora Murder case. The mother killed her own daughter. The case is under investigation. while marrying a lady the man knew that she was a divorcee but did not knew that she got children . She too did not tell him that she was having children. Now after the marriage his children and her children fall in love with each other, which no parents knows (this is also under investigation) what do you call such Relationship? Is it a healthy Relationship?
If you want to keep your family relations close you have to be friends with one another. Family is a very important part of life for everyone, and we all like to be part of one. One thing I know is that never let anyone one or anything come between you and family, not even relatives because there are the same people who bring conflict between people and cause rifts between families.
