If You Are Sick Of Arthritis, These Are The Best Vegetables For You

This time I see young and old walk in pain and the main culprit to their suffering and pain is arthritis. It seems arthritis is a phenomenon. When I was a kid and onward to my teen years, I never had seen in our locality sick of arthritis. I never saw a single person cried in pain and charged his pain to arthritis. Even in the school during my pre-school and up to my high school years, never had I seen people walking like something bothered them, none.

Then, as years go by I finished my college and started working when I started to notice so many suffer this enemy of everyone arthritis. Why? What had happened to their body system? Well, the answer is so simple; the foods you eat do not follow the guidelines of the wall of the nutritionists and scientists. The foods we all eat passed from the checking of the health system through the scientists, doctors and nutritionists. What people mostly like to dine this time, in fast food centers where they prefer to eat there instead of cooking the right foods at home? Too oily foods gradually destroy the body system.

Do not forget the meat cooked or prepared in fast food centers, too oily and when the chicken meat is cooked it floats in oil, so when you et your hands get oil and the fries too, so oily. It was learned that fries are hazardous to one’s health if cooked in too much oil. The best is to cook only with water.

It is suggested by experts and Nutritionists to cook your own foods. You know well the contents of your ingredients and the quality of foods like vegetables and lean meat. Are they good enough for your body? One is sick of arthritis because of abused of foods. There are foods that gradually damaged the nerve tissues and some joints in your body; thus you soon walk in pain and the issue is arthritis.

Fortunately, there are foods best for your arthritis, meaning to say when you eat them, the pain won’t multiply. It remains as is and if those who are not yet sick of arthritis, the following foods best protect you in getting arthritis.

  1. Dark, green, leafy vegetables. These are energy foods so your joints become stronger. The best veggies that of this kind are as follows: broccoli, spinach, Brussels sprouts, kale, Swiss chard and book choy. These are anti-inflammatory vegetables. Try to eat these veggies.
  2. Olives. These are potent inflammatory fighters. Te best that contains this kind is extra-virgin olive oil.
  3. Red and green peppers. These peppers contain abundant source of Vitamin C, which protects bones. Just take good for 75 mg for women and 90 mg for men.
  4. Sweet potatoes, carrots, and squash. These also contain beta carotene that protects your vision. Food Nutritionists told that eating of these veggies could reduce the risk of other inflammatory conditions.
  5. Onions, garlic, leeks and shallots. These vegetables are abundant of an antioxidant called Quercetin, a potential antioxidant to relieve inflammation. It contains enzymes that help repair your damaged cartilage.

In cooking them, the best way is steaming them to preserve the nutrients of the vegetables.

    • Arthritis gives shame to the person,Just imagine how a person walks if having arthritis, so pitiful. It seems the person has something , the extreme pain that could not be hidden for it is your joint that is in pain. You cannot almost bear the pain. There are foods that trigger arthritis like shrimps, crabs, chicken , except native chicken. Also too bloody fishes and too acidic foods and liquid like vinegar.

      If having arthritis, try to eat these veggies only to avoid regret.
