All of us have human rights.
We have to rights to say what we think, and we have the rights be thin or fat.
Many people are too fearful of getting fat because of negativity in the society.
They have low self-esteem when it comes to weight problem even if they are successful in all other ways.
The famous singer, Karen Carpenters, succumbed to this negative thinking.
She was so famous yet she still had low self-esteem when it concerned her body shape and weight. In the first place, she was not even fat. She might be fatter than those who were as thin as a pencil, but she was not fat.
You have the human rights to get fat, and let nobody takes that away from you.
You just have to bear in mind that you are responsible for your own health.
Some fat people are extremely healthy.
They do not have high cholesterol or other common problems associated with obesity.
They are happy and they have adequate exercise to build up muscles. They are also hearty eaters, and happy eaters.
These are the ones whose faces brighten up at the sight of food. Eating is a joy, and let nobody robs you of the right to enjoy your food.
Many thin people are very unhealthy. They may look good, but they have serious health problems, and some of them have to rely on pills to maintain their body size.
As long as you can see the difference between health and weight, you can take responsible step to ensure happiness and good health for yourself.
When excess fats lead to breathing problem, and other health issues, you have to lose the fats in order to have a healthy body.
If you are healthy, and have no problem with excess weight, there is no need to give up your human rights to be fat.

I agree with you!! Some people think they have to be skinny because of a lot of skinny models, however, the "plus" size women are coming out and now if you are heavier than the "norm" they have "plus" sizes. Plus sized people now have clothing that are in style and look nice. Why shouldn't a "plus" size person look stylish?
Yes, people have the right to be fat but I also have a right to not personally like it. Have it in mind when you get angry on a person who says that he/she prefers people of a different built than yours that they also have the right to chose.
