Very true i am in total agreement because i do the things that you have mentioned above. Firat the thought of cutting down belly fat is exhausting in itself. It is so hard getting rid of belly fat. I tried it for a few weeks and got so tired then gave up for a while. Then i started again this time pushed for a month then stopped for while. All this time i have been giving it a pose the fat was accumulating faster than i thought, before i know it i see my waistline expanding more and more. So i resolved to do my aerobics that incoperate the whole body. From the arms, to the back, my legs thighs my albs and the waistline or the whole core. It was amazing. When i started i got very tired then i motivated myself by looking into the mirror and telling myself you can do this each time i felt like giving up. So i kept pushing myself and eventually i got the hang of it and i do my exercises at least 3 times a week which is not bad enough. And the results are amazing i must say. My tummy is slimmer and am still working on getting my waistline smaller. Exercise works like magic people should give it a shot.
