How To Get Rid of Stress (2)

Take a look at your life.   If you find that you don’t have one, then this is for you.   You have to get out of where you are and get something to live for, some period of just being alive.

These are a few helpful tips.

I. If you work for yourself  that is one thing.  If you have to work for another, find  someone who has all the responsibility.   Not you.  Even if you’re taking a step backward,  you need a piece of time where you are not under pressure so you can stay in the background.

II. Don’t think about the work unless you are doing it.   Think about everything, from the sky to what you are going to make for dinner, but not the actual job.  Not unless you are doing it.

III. Don’t take any work home, don’t work overtime,  on weekends.   When you leave  your office, you are gone.

IV.  Limit your involvement in Clubs, Groups, Political Parties when you find you are doing all the work getting all the blame, and find yourself spending more time with the group or doing the group’s work than anything else.

You should live your life, not a single brain cell concerned with work until you enter the building.   You try not to take too much responsibility so that you leave yourself a lot of time to lie on a beach.

Your level of stress is low, you have nothing to worry about.

You join a group and only stay when you feel useful but not overworked.  When you are enjoying your membership, not being a drudge.

Stress kills.  You don’t need any more.

If you have to become a flake, a person who can’t be relied upon, who comes and goes when s/he pleases, then do it.  Make sure no one puts extra pressure on you, especially not for non-paying volunteer work.

    • ALL THOSE TIPS ON HOW TO GET RID OF STRESS COULD BE POSSIBLE AND COULD BE APPLICABLE TO OTHER PEOPLE BUT, ONLY ONE THING I OBSERVE IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE TO ME. IT IS WHEN I TALK TO MY MOM AND TO MY SIBLINGS AND HAVE A STORYTELLING TIME WITH THEM.

    • To me , the biggest stress buster is praying . When i think that i will be in for a big stress , I stop working , drink a glass of water and take a momnet to pray . Also , food is also a big stress buster for me .
      Honestly, i avoid stress . Before something will stress me , i get read for it.
