HOW CAN WE PROTECT OUR SKIN FROM DAMAGE

Here in the Philippines, whitening products are more disbursed. But you know what is best, cheapest and simplest way for your skin to look younger and healthy? It is to stay away from the sun. However, the sunshine in the morning will give vitamin E for our skin but it’s not enough for a good and healthy skin.

As to studies and research, ultra-violet rays from the sun cause dryness, age spots, and wrinkles in our skin. Yes, getting older can be a factor of your skin changes but not all the time. Aging skin looks so smooth and less plump because it loses some fats and become thinner.

Taking care of our skin is depending on your lifestyle. When you do not do exercise, you sweat less and that will lead to dryness of your skin.
