A systematic approach to life can make living easy and this applies to every walk of life.
For a house to run smoothly there needs to be a method to run it. Apart from allocating duties one needs to draw up a chart that has a list of chores that need to be done daily, weekly, fortnightly, yearly or once in a few years. A haphazard system will lead to chaos and confusion as is seen in many households. A happy home is a reflection of the way a household is run.
The daily chores would include the normal cooking, washing vessels, cleaning of toilets and bathroom, washing of aprons and kitchen dusters, dusting of furniture and may be vacuum cleaning although these days due to lack of time vacuuming is done every two days.
Even the daily chores could be better organised if all what is required is available at hand. The fridge and pantry need to be stacked up with items that are needed as also vessels, crockery and cutlery kept in the right place. Searching for things when something is cooking on the gas could be a bad way to work in a kitchen. A place for everything and everything in the right place can reduce much of the running around searching for things
A reminder note stuck on the fridge door – there are enough magnets available these days – could be of great help. One cannot depend on memory alone.
The weekly chores would include vacuuming, cleaning of fans, lights dusting of windows and doors, stacking up the fridge and the pantry.
Fortnightly would be to dust blinds and cob webbing, cleaning the fridge, and pantry.
Emptying out cupboards and re-arranging them atleast once a month would give one the idea of what needs to be discarded, what needs repairs and what needs to be bought. Replenishing groceries would be once a month. Yearly chore would be to get rid of that which is hoarded and not used. Replenishing of bed linen and towelling is normally done once a year.
This is a broad idea. Even a broad idea can help organise a housekeeper to carry on efficiently

Nice you have literally written my daily routine, all the things you have listed are things that I do daily weekly and monthly. As for the linen part I think I take a little longer to replace because when I buy them I always look for good quality stuff that can be kept for a little longer than one year.
