hot dog sale income for me I hope

when I get my food cart open this is my goal
is to try to sell 100 hot dogs a day . 4 day work week to start why four days. I have to be at my job on Fridays at 7 am so the Fridays I can not open my stand at this time .When I start making money then when I can afford worker comp insurance then I can hire some one to work my stand on Fridays then this will give me more money .OK let start with 100 hot dogs a day let say $2.00 a dog the all all beef hot dogs with the natural casing 2.00x 100=200 aday x 4 =$800. a week x4 weeks =$3200 a month this is the gross profit that it can might make I am going to say it make it . This only monday to Thursday. when I open on Friday the income will go up .I am all so going to do weekend events like backyard parties, open house, grand openings this why I am getting permits for each town .I am working in it like one town but it is two towns with the same name mailing address I am all so going to sell other food beside hot dogs, maybe a meatball sand which ,some kind of suges and as usual soda, ice tea , water type drinks. My main fear is having a wet spring summer this will hurt me a lot. do I have a back up yes I do I all so being doing photo badges on line. the badges will sell for five dollars for me that a nice profit and what good I can down load photos from facebook and make those photos in to a badge if the buyer want me to
so I got to start kicking my self to do both business as fast a possible OK that it for now
