Honey cough and infection treatment

My neighbor suffered from long cough that no medicine helped her. And I do use Honey a lot, I told her about and its wide range of benefit that adds to her health including helping with the cough

She decided to give it a try. What I like about it, natural cough medicine known in middle east for ages. When I have cough first I try it including other remedies and it works.  Almost all the cough medicines are heavy

It is natural cough treatment its not so liquid but it’s a little thick in its consistency, the taste is nice and you feel like you are eating candy yet better , its healthy.

Honey is golden in color and due to its texture its not poured easily , you need to take it with spoon, spin the spoon the eat

All honeys come in glass bottle , the bottle is 100 ml and that cost from 2 to 100 dollars depend on the purity of it

It is great treatment for infection and inflammation and cough and sore throat, it is suitable also if you have tummy pain. However, you should try the average one not the cheap bottle nor the pricey bottle to treat your cough, the cheap brand sometimes I used it as decoration for the sweets and the pricey one for treatment and for parties and things such is eating daily at morning as food instead of bad junk foods
