Here Are Simple Ways Of Relieving Stress

With lots of daily activities that make us feel stress like working the whole day with a horrible boss, heavy traffics, and lots of projects, we need to at least give few times for our body to do good relaxation strategies. We all know that stress is not just an unpleasant feeling but it will ruin our body health.  Some practices such as meditation can help lessen stress. However, if you are not motivated to do meditation, you need to try other simple ways that make you relax your mind.

SOME WAYS TO RELIEVE STRESS

  1. Interrupt your habitual or regular activities. Go eat your lunch somewhere in the house but not in the kitchen, call your friend from a far place and chitchat with him/her, or go talk to your neighbor for a while. By making anything that you don’t usually do can break off your routines and will help relieve stress.
  2. Embrace your loved ones; it’s either your family, your partner, your friend or anyone who you feel comfortable hugging with. This act can really ease your stress.
  3. I know that you know how relaxing laughing is. Listening to your friend’s jokes or finding something around you that is funny will let you relax your mind.
  4. Take a hot shower. It is said that taking a shower will help you relieve your stress. It will relax your muscles. Some also said that alternating cold and hot shower could make you feel relaxed.
  5. Leave your room for a while. This is something to do with interrupting your routines. This is really a big help to your stressed mind especially if the cause your stress is in that room. Why don’t go out and find some foods that you love most?
  6. Listen to your favorite music. I always do this every time my mind needs to rest and it actually work.
  7. Take a deep breath. At least try five to six deep breaths through your nose. Close your eyes and don’t think of other things but only to your breathing. It is something like meditation. This is said to be the most effective and quick way of relaxing.
  8. Drink some tea like chamomile tea. It is said that chamomile tea have a calming effect on the nerves. Though any hot tea can be relaxing only if without caffeine.
  9. Take a walk. If there is park near your place, give yourself at least 10 minutes to walk and set your eyes on wonderful things around that might relax your mind and all your senses.

If you constantly changing your daily activities, you cannot go through stressful day, instead you will feel relaxed the whole time. Try to insert some of the ways given above.
