For the second snack, between lunch and dinner, always carry some nuts. You can combine them with seeds, dried fruit or berries. By having a habit to eat a handful of nuts daily you easily will supplement your body with a variety of trace elements and vitamins, will enrich fiber, proteins and unsaturated fatty acids. Eating such snack, you will feel satisfied, energetic and easy to wait for dinner.

To develop healthy behaviors will be easy if you carry snacks everywhere and always with yourself. It will help you to avoid fast food, overeating and extra costs. For example, at home on the table put a bowl of nuts – after all, they are useful not only for adults but also for children, still searching for what to grab for snack.

It is very convenient that the fruit or nuts take up little space, so that wherever you are, you can easily take them with you. Have a snack at work – when you will desire to eat sweet with coffee, favorite nuts or dried fruits will great change sweets and give the feeling of satiety.
