I am suffering from lack of sleep and find it harder to get back to the health. So I decided to learn more about my health. And how the sleep is affecting me. That’s one reason I wanted to explore more about sleep pattern and how much sleep to take. I know it’s not going to be easy for all of us. We all have to work harder on job and then come back home for family. But this is something we all ignore as we age. So we have to understand that sleep pattern plays very important role in our life. We just have to take some time and have a good sleep. Because that seems to be the only right way to control our health issues associated with the sleep. In this article we take a look at some of the reasons for the better sleep pattern and how to handle the sleep issues more effectively.
Healing
Some of the things that happen when you get enough sleep is that your body starts healing. For example, your skin repairs itself. And you’d have new tissues on your body. That is how you start to heal yourself. Lot of things in our body requires healing. And we get to see the dreams just to heal ourselves and get mind off our body. Our top layer of skin goes through a lot of pollution and the sunlight issues. And in order to repair that the top layer requires a lot of healing process underneath. And that is the job of our mind and body to take care of this part. I think that’s the best that can happen to our body during this time. I think we all need this healing time. Because unless we let our body properly heal, we would be stressing ourselves for the next day and this cycle goes on and on.
Background Tasks of Mind
Our mind does a lot of background task and this is something only possible when our body is rested. For example our mind is on the sleep mode and then eyes start to move as we dream. And during this time our body temperature falls. And then our healing process and other stuff inside our body goes on. This means tasks such as these can be very important for the body. So our mind and eyes are constantly at work for the same. These are some of the small things that we learn as we get to understand our body. I am going to learn more about myself and find out what is the good time for me to sleep. And how much sleep my body needs. I hope to find some of the answers such as this. Feel free to share your views on the same. I would love to know what are some of the things about sleep that I can learn. And how much sleep is important for each gender. That should explain a lot of things.

I have problem sleeping. The moment I get so sleepy, I am already in bed comfortably tucked with my blanket and two big pillows and one small one to hug. One of the two pillows would be in my head while the other one is in between my legs since I sleep on my sides.
But despite these comfortable things, and even if I am so sleepy, I can't sleep. I already have a night blindfold on my eyes, because hubby would sometimes open the light to find something.
And when I am already in bed, my back would itch and I would scratch it with my wooden scratcher or sometimes hubby does it. Hubby would already be asleep in a while , yet I still cannot sleep.
I would be lying in bed at 10:00 p.m. but would finally get to sleep at 11:00 p.m ! Oh my, it is a problem indeed to me because I have to wake up at 5:00 in the morning.
At least on weekends I can oversleep, but not on weekdays because I have to report to work early. Yaiks!
Good sleep really is very important to our health. However, I, myself too don't get enough sleep. I don't know why, but I used to sleep at 11 or 12 pm and then I woke up early in the morning. I seldom got 8 hours of sleep that is why I observed that I frequently experience a mild headache.
Thank you for sharing this matter. At least it gives a reminder to us that sleeping gives us benefits.
