The best benefit to one’s health is the fresh flavor that is derived from the coffee beans; this is because the freshly brewed coffee beans contain very rich antioxidants which are good for one’s health. One reason why espresso is better than regular coffee is because, the steam that is pushed through the ground coffee beans occurs so quickly that a lot of the flavor and antioxidants are in that single cup of espresso.

Additionally, regular black coffee drinkers may gain some of the benefits from the antioxidants, even though the most beneficial cup of coffee to one’s health is that first cup. After the first cup of regular coffee is consumed, the benefits of coffee decrease, because there are fewer antioxidants in the rest of the coffee.

Many people probably, do not believe that espresso is good for the health; many studies have shown that drinking at least one cup of espresso daily can be beneficial to the health. An espresso is good, but adding too much sweeteners, creams, and cinnamon does decrease lessen the effects of the good benefits of espresso. This does not mean one cannot have a sweetened espresso; also having more than one cup daily is not such a bad idea
