Today we moved to new hotel near my friends work on our travelling in UAE, the hote name is Hayat, It is a 6 levels building with a view to the beach and little empty rooms on last floor where the view great , its family hotel, everything is friendly, the location and the staff, and the manager was also so polite and welcomed us, the receptionist was European and she was the only one that was not smiling not sure why. Anyway after done our check in we went to our rooms and was good, the bed shape felt like an old style it was normal I mean, but the room size was ok, the toilet was big enough, what I have in most of the hotels is that they know its two people comeing to the room yet they put bathing towel and shampoo and all the complimentary for one person only, why, I wish to understand, are you guys saving money like this or what?
English, is the language they used in there as the staff are not Arabic and nor western they from Asia and they did not speak well English, I guess when you work for such a big hotel you need to speak good English so communication is easy, yet they are friendly, but language is really a must.
it’s pretty good room for the price we paid, about 200 dollar, actually her work paid, but we ejoyed the stay, no noise are there like other hotels we stayed in
the only downside is the language, we had to do some signs to make them understand what we want. At the reception area the serve you a traditional drink, which is tamardin, so famous and so tasty, that I drank two of it, the elevator is so big of course that money is not a normal room rate it is because a beach view so we paid the extra that price with breakfast included. It was traditional breakfast an I tasted all and loved all. The room nice they listen to us when asked for two separate beds there was also lcd tv and 2 chairs, The bathroom is a ok though wished if its bigger. overall good place considering that the company paid the price
