This is totally disappointing : payment not received

Hi Guys, I redeemed payment in the month of February. I have not been paid. I contacted the site through “Contact”. I have not received any reply. As this is totally disappointing I contacted again. The reply received was ‘payment made on 10th-15th. Is this the reply should we expect from the site? Is this the specific answer to my email? This reply can be found well in the Q&A. I need not contact the site for such reply.

I never had to contact admin of the site but I also see people address admin but typing “@” support symbol.

I could not understand why the traffic has become thin in LB. I noticed many bloggers disappearing from the site. I think many of them have not been paid any attention. They have not been treated properly. All these days I have been observing whether the site is a genuine one or not. Some of the bloggers have extolled the site as if it is a heaven for the bloggers and that they are receiving payment promptly. I noticed some sudden decline in the number of bloggers who were regular visitors to the site. They are either disappointed or found something unworthy to continue their presence on the site. I have also found many grievances relating to non-payment. The site should first improve the speed. The speed not only relating to access but also the issue of replying promptly to the ‘non-payment’ issues and fix them on war footing basis to gain the credibility of the visitors. It is totally lacking in the site. There is no information as to how to contact the Admin even. Only some experienced blogger are mentioning about it. They are also not replying to others of couse, we can not find fault with them. It is their interest whether to reply or not. Did you receive payment promptly? |

I actually joined Literacy Base a while ago, but never became active until recently. I keep seeing about members being paid here written on myLot, so I decided to give it a try. In a couple of weeks, just a few posts here and there per day at the end of the month I had enough. I cashed out a few days prior to the month ending and I received my payment promptly. I knew of 2 members not being paid promptly but one was because of the time error they cashed out late because they forgot February was a short month and another has not been paid since February I believe. He spent a lot of time here and even made a discussion asking admin. But I do not know the status and he has not been paid. I do believe this site is legitimate, but there should be some improvements for the site. |

I redeemed for the first time. I write generally for my customers. Many bloggers as you said are on mylot. They are doing good. Even then I got my own doubts. So when I reached the limit for cashout I was in the middle of the month. So I just wanted to add some more to the amount before redeeming. When I reached $21 I redeemed only $10 and waited for the payment which has not been received. I verified for myself if there are anything to be added. I found something that was missing from my side and rectified it and informed the site “through contact’ asking for my payment. The reply received was NIL. I have been contacting frequently. There should be some reply which is not at all the case with the site. They showed little interest and scant respect for the grievance of a blogger. I have also noticed many bloggers leaving the site. If this is position continues it may affect the very continuity of the site and may leave an empty space shortly

What was missing on your behalf? Actually, I press the redeem button before inputting my PayPal address. I was just testing the redeem button since it looked strange, then it deducted immediately. So I quickly went to go figure out where I put my PayPal address and I still did not have any problems. I do not know what the case is for you as everyones scenario varies, but hopefully support contacts you. I do see a decrease in activity here so I am not sure if I will be paid next month. But I will cash out later today. I am shy of a few cents for $10. Also, I hear content that may be lacking gets deducted also. |

I think they are totally disappointed. So, the total number including myself comes to 3. The other two have not approached for the payment it seems. what a blogger expects is a ‘PROMPT REPLY’ from the site when the site is contacted. If they fail here they can not win the confidence of the members. Did you notice that many have disappeared from the site? I think many are on the way to LEAVE the site once and for all. This is all just because of IMPROPER ANSWERING/REPLY. Michelle, I will write again to @support in the Contact and wait for reply. Thanks for the feed. |

Yes, you are absolutely right. I have seen a major decrease lately on LB so hopefully the site is still legitimate. I am not interested in commenting on blogs much because I do not get a notification if someone responds. I like to participate in forums. I hope support / admin answers you. I now know you and another member who has not been paid yet since February. |

Oh..I did the same thing like you did. I redeemed for $10 leaving a balance of $11. I noticed that the remaining balance is shown perfectly. Later I found that I did not set up my PayPal account which I did immediately just like you. But, the surprise is that I have not received my payment so far. That is a different thing. What would a castle one build with $10? This is a different issue. What I really feel sorry for is not giving a proper reply to my email sent. The reply is ‘PAYMENT MADE FOR FEBRUARY ON 10TH’. What do they mean by that? What about my payment? I want to make it a post on some other site if I do not receive any payment. |

Because I have taken to the notice of the forum I am included in the list. We do not know still how many have not been paid. We can not comment on blog. But the thing the site has not been developed properly. The image is very poor. This is also very slow to access. should we not take it to the notice of Admin? If we do not, how can he/she know about it? |

Yes, the redemption method was confusing for me as well. When I went to: How It Works > Redeem > And, I input the amount I wanted to request the “to” I could not edit that to my PayPal address, so I was confused. That way I just transfer and saw a deduction in my bank immediately. I was a little nervous because I never input my PayPal info, so I re-read the rules and it told me to go to my profile to edit my PayPal. I did that within like 3 minutes right after I redeemed. I thought I would have a delayed payment, but I did not. What does ‘PAYMENT MADE FOR FEBRUARY ON 10TH?’ Does that mean they paid you? Do you know when you redeemed? I redeemed about 3 to 4 days before the last day of the month. |

yes. I have already checked it twice. What more I can do? Even then, I also intimated my PayPal to the site through ‘ CONTACT’ |
