I am not sure but posting such legal case files on blogs is privacy issue? And is it legal? I mean nobody wants to see the legal document text published on the net. I am sure there seems to be no government that can allow such. After all people need privacy and not everyone want to give their cases away. I think we all have to consider how the legal issue can come into play. Not sure if this is conspiracy or something serious.

@mahesh, That is true, in fact , there are students who asked my help years ago when I taught in other school, they were instructed by my friend teacher in the other department to present real Police Blotter Report for their subject Police Reports Writing and I have so many police friends.When we went to the police precinct the chief of police told me that their files are confidential,therefore cannot be brought anywhere. But where on earth can we find cases of different owners published here? I do not know why this is tolerated.It is up to them.

We were all told before taking an oath during jury duty last week, all of us were instructed that if we were chosen as jurors in a trial, we were not to watch news or read the newspaper or go online or talk about a case on social media as any of these would be a violation and that we would be sworn to not even talk amongst ourselves about the case we were involved in but to deliberate during the trial only in the room where we did our part in dealing with only the facts of the case. I think it is very sad that anyone would share court case information on social media as it is at least, in the USA, contempt of court and a violation to do this.

In fact the every website writes it in their rules that they do not take any responsibility for all blogs and posts as they are authors own views and site has nothing to do with any of them. There is no responsibility of website but author of all such posts is held responsible.

I think it is best not to bring court or government or politic articles here because every country has its own rules that other countries might not agree.

As for the admin of the site, it is up to them to allow or disallow the article to be publish since it is sensitive issue involved

@anthony Davis , Hello Anthony, actually that was what I scared about confidential files of cases posted here in this exposed blog site. What if the relatives happen to read the case of their relatives, they might question the court. I think we can discuss a blog about a case but never would be names of involved defendants and plaintiffs be mentioned,it seems a crime.

@suny, That is true, the same way as in TV shows the host of the show and the station itself are not held responsible for what is to be shown.I am glad that this site , in case, by circumstantial a relative happens to read a case own by their relatives, it will be the writer himself responsible for the actions.Thanks for your valuable share of this discussion. I am afriad the owner of those blogs will not be paid, in fact he aired here that he redeemed but until this time no payment sent. It should be better for the site to stop him before adding some posts, so weird.

There were so many of them as far as I remember almost 40 blogs related with crimes from the different files of the courts of law.There are so many sources of blog posrs that are so simple yet nice to be called quality blog.

Thank you for your concern although it is misplaced. Thank you also for your correction regarding the apparent “grammatical error” although I did not make or appoint you as my grammar teacher. I do not need any insult or sarcasm from you.

Now to get directly to the apparent issues that you are raising:

1. The basis of all the posting titled “Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied” are all the DECIDED CASES OF THE PHILIPIPNE SUPREME COURT. Being ALL DECIDED CASES meaning FINAL AND EXECUTORY all of them are published in the website of the Philippine Supreme Court itself.

These decided cases are all MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD AND AS SUCH ARE NOT CONFIDENTIAL AT ALL. You could easily see that I cited all the Tiltle of the Criminal Cases as well as all their links.

It is is the right of every Filipinos under the Philippine Constitution to have access on all government records which is imbued with public interest. Among these PUBLIC RECORD are the Decision of the Supreme Court. IT WAS THE SUPREME COURT ITSELF THAT PUBLISHED ALL THE CRIMINAL CASES THAT I USED IN MY BLOG IN THEIR OWN VERY WEBSITE. You could easily verify these criminal cases if you just follow the link. THAT’S PRECISELY THE REASON WHY I CITED ALL THE CASES REFERENCE TITLE AS WELL AS ALL THE LINKS so that the reader may verify and see for himself or herself these cases.

IF THESE CRIMINAL CASES ARE CONFIDENTIAL IN NATURE then the SURPEME COURT ITSELF WILL NOT PUBLISH IT IN THEIR WEBSITE THESE CRIMINAL CASES for the public to read. I am part of that public and I read myself these criminal cases OPENLY from the SUPREME COURT WEBSITE ITSELF.

I did not violate any existing laws whatsoever. The contents of my posting are my own personal analysis on why there is “justice delayed justice denied’ in these cited criminal cases.

I encourage you to consult with your lawyer friend about all the things that you’ve written in your discussion titled “This site may be in danger of conspiracy” as well as your baseless and wild and insulting accusation level against me.

I also request that you post here the advise given to you by your lawyer- friend.

We are all writers here in Literacybase and are all bound by the Canons of Journalism. Respect begot respect.

I took offense with regards to the tenor or tone of your imputation against all my posting in “Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied” to the extent that you are imputing on my part the commission of crimes. I invite your attention that such baseless, groundless and insulting remarks on your part directed against me are LIBELOUS IN NATURE under the LAW ON LIBEL for which you may be prosecuted.

Just a brotherly advise Cely, you need to study the law on the things you are talking about BEFORE you posted the above discussion or better still, the wise thing to do is for you to first get any legal advise before you write down the above discussion. To proved my point that all the criminal cases published as part of the Jurisprudence by the Philippine Surpeme Court in their website ARE NOT CONFIDENTIAL IN NATURE BUT RATHER A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD, MEANING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC TO SEE AND READ, I am reproducing below SECTION 7, ARTICLE III BILL OF RIGHTS  of the 1987 PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION, to wit:

“Section 7. The RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO INFORMATION ON MATTERS OF PUBLIC CONCERN SHALL BE RECOGNIZED. Access to offcial records, and to documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or DECISIONS, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, SHALL BE AFFORDED THE CITIZEN, subject to such limitations as may be provide by law.”

Aside from the publication of the Decision of the Philippine Supreme Court ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE it is also published in the Philippine Official Gazette.
