Competing and comparing
Author | Posts |
It’s quite common, it’s human habit to compare with others. At one point or other, every human in us may compare ourselves with others. As long as it give us positive results to improve ourselves, it’s good. But when we set goals which we can’t achieve, seeing others, it turns bad. Everyone in this world are distinct with their own traits and qualities, and comparing with others is foolishness. I would prefer to compare with myself to improve me setting my own targets, rather than comparing with others. Let me live my own life.

http://172.104.9.193/members/sandhyarani/ yes being humans, we compare and compete with each other in order to survive Just like the animals in the wild, they had to compete with each other to gain territory in order to survive or lose out and die in the wild However, competition can be harmful when one does not use it in a useful way. If we compete for success in jobs, educational purpose, that is a useful But to compete for trivial matters like bigger car, bigger house, better cookies, better results- these are stupidity and childish acts. problem is, there are people who do this in order to be “on top” of the others especially family members |
