The nose has a left and a right side. We use both to inhale and exhale. Actually they are different. You’ll be able to feel the difference.

During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe.

I am a victim of reccurent headach3s all the time. And sometimes its just so annoying especially when it starts in the evening and goes all the way throygh the night, causing me sleepless nights. I guess this remedies will really help. There is a diagram i remember someone sharing with me parts of the body and how they are connected to certain ailments in our bodies and i found that quite interesting. Funny enough i triwd it once and it actually worked. This methods you have listed above are literally the same the only difference is we are doung it with the breathing which is pretty interesting. I will definitely give this one a try to rid myself off headcahes. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for some of these healthy tips. I have some of those headache issues too. But that happens when I am too much stressed. And it’s not easy to get rid of stress to be honest. Most likely in such case the cure for blood pressure would be mindfulness and the meditation. I have tried black tea and it can be good when you have food poisoning and other similar set of issues. I have seen many people recommend that to each other. It’s interesting to see how some of those things are working out for many people out there. I am going to check more healthy tips like this from you.

These are great tips. I heard about Okra. But the method is different  Fenugreek is useful in controlling Diabetes. I never knew about that. I really wonder why people waste their money approaching Doctors time and again when simple home remedies are available for them. Acidity is one of the common problems people nowadays face. Is there any alternative method other than raw rice. We do not eat rice as most of the time we prefer Wheat only. We use rice occasionally. I am suffering from a headache and Doctor prescribed some medicine. He advised me to use it for a fortnight and if it does not workout he would prescribe lenses for me. I want to try the method you have given in the tip. Thank you.

These are some really good tips and very helpful. I usually get headaches frequently sometimes it will develop into chronic headaches. What I do is I put some wet clothes on my forehead and rest for a while. Also, I will apply some coconut oil on my head which will relieve off the heat thereby reducing the headache gradually.

But what you have mentioned are really new for me and very helpful for me. My mom also get haeadaches frequently and I will definitely share these awesomw tips to her.

Along with these I do yoga and some breathing exercises which helps to me stablize my breathing. Also, doing yoga has reduced my acidity problem. That rice tip is a very new method for me and I will follow it. Keep sharing more information like these. Thank you so much for sharing.

This is a very good natural remedy. I have looked for something like this but most a times one can not get. Alot of people suffer this headache especially the cluster type headache and all so the migraine type.
I will refer that they try out this perhaps and luckily it might work for them. Thank you
