This generation of technology has a big contribution of changing our life style. like our sleeping routine. Struggling to sleep cause by using cell phone on your bed before you sleep or putting phone beside you. One of the reasons also is too much using internet or addicted to games. According to study that written in article that insufficient sleep may cause early death. When you’re body has no sufficient sleep you may feel headache or body ache and your brain may not function normal or may cause  act like not yourself.

The worst thing for the body to experience due to lack of sleep is it weakens the immune system. If it happens, the body is susceptible to sickness. It is really required to sleep at least 8 hours. However, some people don’t sleep properly not because of the modern gadgets nowadays. It is simply job-related reason such as working a call center companies.
