I have had a few ups and downs in this journey of mine here at Literacy Base, leading me to send messages and rectifying situations.

How was your experience with messaging @support. Were you happy with their responses?

I usually just tag support in the forum and he or she replied quite quickly. I did message support once to ask him to help me to edit my blog post that has been published, and he made the very quickly too. I think the support and admin are quite responsive. That was in the first month I joined in May. I am not sure how responsive they are now. Perhaps when there are more members, and there is lacking of staff, they might reply slower.

 

Have you tried to tag support in the forum?

@Lee Ka the site support is even more responsive than ever before. And I have always found a touch of friendliness in him.

@bestwriter I have tagged support quite a few times and I have always received a quick response from them. It’s good to see that the support takes required action as and when needed.

When I can’t upload my own pictures at featured image, I send PM to admin and support, they did upload for me as I had requested.

Then I also request them to send my payment to another paypal account even after I had hit the redeem button ( which I was still using the old paypal a/c)

They did send payment to my another paypal account, which i am grateful because my old paypal account was blocked due to security problem.

Overall, i must admit that admin and support did as I requested although they never write back.

That is OK as long as they did their job.

Maybe too busy to type….

@Lee Ka That is a good thing that @support attends to our problems pronto. There are some issues however, which  are beyond their control.

I too get prompt attention but in some cases specially with regard delay in approvals or poor ratings for  that they say they have an inbuilt software.

@peachpurple  I too have noticed it. They may not respond but do take action on our feedback.

I haven’t experienced sending a message to admin. I just wait and see. This site is still on the process of improving some parts, but at least people here are paid.That is what we have to be thankful for.

@peachpurple, at least you were able to create  a new pay pal account. many are problematic on their pay pal account.Grecy has a problem of her pay pal too.

@bestwriter Honestly saying I never need of support so far during my working here. As my most of the answer are here on forum. And I have one good friend for any kind of help. So I don’t have any personal experience with them. But I have seen they are quite responsive in the forum. Whenever member used to tag them on forum, they do reply quickly for any kind of query. So I guess they are doing fine.
