Most of us here know that literacybase wants us to write certain kinds of posts- SEO rich posts that will rank higher by search engines. There are certain categories which are favored and the personal posts or even general philosophical topics don’t earn much.

This made me change my strategy and now I write more of reviews or recipes. But the truth is that I enjoy writing on general topics more. And I like to read how lives are like in other parts of the world and their personal experiences.

Yesterday I wrote three posts but the maximum cents were earned by the recipe I posted while I enjoyed writing the one which earned the least points.

The site has to earn and therefore they will pay more for blogs that have a SEO presence.

It depends on you. If you want to have fun writing,  may be you could sacrifice your earnings and tell all about your love life.  On second thoughts these kind of revelations may earn you much more than the SEO friendly   😀

@ bestwriter Who would want to read a recipe they are probably never gonna try? I agree that SEO is essential but that doesn’t mean that general posts are not interesting or good for SEO purposes. Like you said, who knows the posts about love life may end up earning more revenue than the rest.

@ kaylar I just can’t write if I keep the money goals in mind.
