Kind Attention Support,

As requested I have opened a paypal account, added PAN card, Bank account details and codes requested, got the statement of the test amount monies two small amounts of different values sent by paypal into my bank account for genuine customer verification on the 07 Feb 2017 and fed it into their paypal account system as required after logging in on 15 Feb 2017 that is today. The details of which were duly accepted by paypal in their online system and I also have fed the one time service code required to be done as per Indian law for purpose of transfer of money into my account under the heading ‘content and journalism and chose the “other services” subsection’ in the particular column.

 

But still the paypal balance account shows zero instead of the USD 10 which had been transferred by me from Literacybase and should be reflecting there. Kindly let me know if they is anything else to be done as I have done all the necessary steps asked for to the best of my knowledge. Or is it that you have to send a message to paypal for the transfer? Or should I do any other thing like linking for the amount to get transferred and show in my paypal account. Please check and help. Awaiting your positive response in this matter which will be highly appreciated.

 

As this is the first time process for me with Literacybase and paypal it is taking such a long time. This has been going on since 26 January 2017. But I do agree that there was some time lag from my end as I could get the statement amounts from my bank only today. I have promptly fed the details today itself. Please do the needful. I have finished the details completely as mentioned in the email through which I linked and requested the amount of USD 10.00 which received in Literacybase statement. Approximately how much time will the redemption or transfer process take? Kindly let me know. Thanks for the assistance.

Literacybase support,

Paypal account created with passwords and  link provided in my email. Thank you. email confirmed, pan card given, mobile number confirmed, account opened balance showing zero in paypal. Please let me know do you now have to transfer the amount of USD 10.00 which I requested on 26 jan 2017  or has it already been transferred to my bank account and has to be checked in the bank let me know about this. Krishna Kumarm, I am so sorry to know about your problem. We are facing non-payment of this site to writers. Try to message Pay Pal under contact if LB really sent you money.It might be fabricated only.

I hope admin here won’t cheat people.

Hello Lb Support,

Thank you for the response with the feedback from paypal. I have sent the same to them in the mail they had forwarded me when I stated this problem. For the record they are again asking me to give PAN card details which were already provided by me at the time of opening the account.

 

When I tried to follow their procedure the concerned column is unable to edit the same as the icon instead of going to submit when I press the tab goes to Help in their screen at the bottom left. Now I have sent them one more mail stating these along with the response received by you from paypal.

 

I do not know why they have kept my account a limited account. Which again I have asked for the reason. Will keep you informed once paypal sorts this issue. For you to be able to transfer the amount. Thank you once again.

I have also mailed them of the response you got from them when you tried to deposit money into my account and this is their response to which I have replied too.

I hope the above things make it clear that the account would have been updated by now, I have yet to receive a reply from paypal.

 

In the meantime could you kindly check if you can deposit the  amount into my paypal account after checking if it will not return back to you as has happened earlier. Kindly do the needful. Thanks for being of great help. Awaiting a positive response. Best wishes and regards.

Lb support hope this data is useful in transferring payment into my account or for checking and verification with paypal if all things are clear before depositing money again.
