You will be paid on June 10 sis. I am not sure if where to put the email. I hope support will answer that. On the other hand, do we need to only redeem $10 or the total amount, like $10.2? Or is the accumulated earnings for this month, could we redeem it all at the end of the month, then we will get it all at June 10?

Dear @kaka135, You can redeem your points by visiting the redeem section. There is one editable field available for amount. Put the amount you want to withdraw but that must be greater than $10 and less than or equal to the available balance. Once the transaction is made, our payment department will receive your request and they will check the payment Information that you have provided in your profile under payment section. They will send your amount on your preferred or provided payment option. Please make sure that you have updated payment Information. |

Sorry to interrupt @support but please explain. It shows about test1 but that’s confusing. I am unable to understand who is this user. Kindly check and confirm about it. Also, how much time it takes. I have heard that it takes about 2 weeks. Kindly explain the exact process. |

Thanks @support for your guidance. I have finally figured out where to set the payment option. Here is where we can set our payment information: 1. Go to Profile 2. Click on Edit 3. Click on Payment Information 4. Select your Payment Option from the dropdownlist, and enter your Payment Address in the text box. 5. Click on Save Changes button. I think this is how we set our payment information. To redeem: 1. Go to Redeem page 2. I am assuming to enter my username in To text box (Can you please confirm this, @support? Thanks) 3. Enter the amount to redeem. 4. Click on Transfer button. |

@dancing.baby Do not worry about test1, this will remain as it is. You just need to enter your payment information and redeem your amount. Payment options and other details are mentioned in FAQs.
@Grecy Garcia You can redeem your reward by the end of the month, but do not cross the month, else the payment will then go to the following month. You can redeem all amount greater then or equals to $10. |
