Help Needed for a Member Who Can't Login

@support and @admin, please help @grecy095 to login. She is unable to access the site, and has been receiving the following error message when she tried to login:

I hope she can delete browsing history and use a different browser to login. Perhaps she can copy the error and use her Facebook account to inform support. |

Hi @ruby3881 I able to log in today and that is because of your help and @support. I was trying to log in every hour and I just log in today. For sure it will happen again tomorrow. I am not sure if this is something to do with my IP address. I hope @support will able to shed some light. Thanks everyone! I really appreciate this! |

This was already solved. The post was submitted sometime in May 29. And we are already June 2. Have you not notice, @lovern? It was the time when LiteracyBase was in the process of migrating to a better server, I think. Everyone, including has also experience that. |
