@lovern, it is nice to hear that you are going to share your love story here. I am longing to read it. In my case, I have a unique love story to share if the @admin would give a nod to be published here. It is really a unique love affair I have had with my high school mate. I may not, probably be allowed to share a link here. But I don’t know if I would be allowed to repost it here. It started with a birth certificate and ended up with a marriage certificate. I think you may have now the cue of what is it all about.

I have been nurturing this kind of love story for 44 years since we got married. My children, my grandchildren aren’t only amused of reading it, but they do appreciate the uniqueness of such love story we commenced with. Even I myself wouldn’t believe it. I even asked myself, “Are we meant for each other?” God only knows, but didn’t we?

I use “Contact” and @ the admin and support about my problems.

Then they will be notified and settle it.

Maybe you are right, needed to tag them to get them informed

They are not responding to me when I use the Contact page. Or maybe they are not responding but take action on the problem. That is why I either tag them in a post or ask @ruby3881 to post on my behalf when I cannot log in.

@grecy095 I think this is exactly what happens: instead of replying, they go straight to work! But it would be helpful if @support would email, and if LB would keep up their presence on Facebook or Twitter. It would really help a lot to reassure members a lot, especially during times when they can’t login.

@ruby3881 that is it exactly sis, they go straight to work but since they already solved it, they did not reply to contact page. However, please @support tell us if you are receiving our emails that we send through contact page so we will not assume that it is not. Or you can try to send a response to that email that “the problem has been solved” something like that. Oh, you know better than me, this is just a suggestion. Thanks.

I have not had this happen so far when I am on site. I am not really a computer expert to answer this question, but this has happened on another site, but there it was a ploy to get me to buy security programs.  Have a good day.

I am not sure but if you state that the story is autobiographical you may be able to share it here. I am not sure either.  Have a good day and I hope things continue to work out.
